Penthouse is not worth the money

We booked the penthouse for 7 days and was not worth the money at all I feel like we were robbed! It was dusty and had hairs on the floors, one of the beds had only a top sheet. The lady sent the cleaner back because she “forgot” to clean the floors! The kitchen has stuck on food. Now about the actual building issues the pool on the balcony was green and murky water we never got in, it was gross! the unit after a day smelled of old drain water basically sewage water And Had ants everywhere. There was a stairway going down that was locked you could hear other guest conversations and smell their food and cigarette smoke smell. On our last night we got home and the pool was drained and we saw all the green algae on the pool walls beyond gross. The view from the unit was amazing, master room had a panoramic view so we paid over $2,000 just for a view because the unit was not worth it. I think I’m done with the hotel zone. Tulum was very good to us.

The view is beautiful and the pool was great! We were there for 2 weeks and felt safe and comfortable. The restaurant there is ok and there is an OXXO across the street. The price is good compared to other places there. I would go back to this lovely place!

Great location for this set of apartments on the zona hotelera cancun Safe easy access directly onto a list stunning long white sandy beach made up for the dated exterior of this building There is a large pool laundry shop security gate ample on site guarded parking 2306 our apartment had just been refurbed Feb 2024 so was super clean and all working well A/C ,TV , shower, glass doors , two double beds , kitchenette , fresh decor Mary is our onsite agent available by WhatsApp for any questions she was very accommodating There is a launderette , book share , bar/cafe , large pool available but the best thing about this place is walking straight onto the beach gorgeous !
