Capella Ubud, Bali

I had a wonderful stay at Capella Ubud. The Culturist team was incredibly friendly and kind, and they were always ready to support and help. Ms. Koming recommended many activities and thoughtfully planned everything even before my arrival, which made my stay truly amazing. I would also like to thank Dina, Rusdi, Alit, and Pari from the team for their kindness and warm hospitality. The reception team, Indira and Devi, made the check-in process very smooth and fast, always welcoming guests with a warm smile. A special thank you as well to the manager team Yuni, Dedy, and Sony. They were absolutely kind, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the activity with the Camp Ranger, Guna, who guided the walk to see the rice farming area. It was a wonderful and memorable experience. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping team was extremely kind and attentive during my stay. I would also like to thank the restaurant team. Everyone was very kind and took the time to introduce themselves. As a foreign guest, I’m sorry that I cannot remember all the names, but the team members who served me during breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. They created a beautiful dining experience by explaining the dishes and recommending wonderful local food. Their warm smiles, kindness, and attentive service made every meal very special. I would truly rank their service 10 out of 10. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I had dinner at the restaurant for both nights, and the local food was amazing, especially the Mie Goreng, which was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the chefs for creating a beautiful surprise birthday cake for me. It was absolutely delicious and made my birthday even more special. Thank you very much to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, and I look forward to coming back again.
