From the 6th to the 8th of November, usually hidden away fashion houses showcase their best works during the St Kitts Style Weekend. This showcase is in hopes of empowering others in the St Kitts fashion industry. A relatively new event, curated by Ms Winnielle Pereira and showcases the diverse collections of fashion designers from the Caribbean.
Sugar Mas, the National Carnival kicks off at the end of November for six weeks of partying, parades, and street dancing. This is the biggest celebration on St Kitts and the only celebration in the entire Caribbean to blend both Christmas and festivities together. Carnival fever spreads across the island and is embodied with bright colours, colourful costumes, and displays enjoyed throughout the duration of November and December.
Towards the end of the month, the weather begins to change as the dry season starts to settle in. With high temperatures, gentle sea waves and a quiet island, there is very little you cannot do.
