The Jewel in the Crown in Icmeler

We have just returned a week ago from a fortnight in the Casa Blance Hotel in Icmeler. This was our first holiday in Turkey. We absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel is situated in a lovely location within Icmeler. There is ample sunbathing for all, whether you wish to sit by the pool, a separate sunbathing area or on the beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Pelin in reception was wonderful and spoke great english and was helping me learn turkish. The restaurant staff were great - Yasin, Apo, Berna and Mahmut, they were exceptional and were all very helpful and friendly. As far for the bar staff, Cinar, Shermin and Hidir, they were fantasic and informative about the area. Our first time in this hotel, but it will certainly not be our last.

Everything is great with perfect staff. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly especially the girls which are working for bar they are great Shermin and Cinar wonderful. The foods are all the time fresh. Location is great near every place thank you so much for everything. Absolutely we will come back.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, very nice bartenders, I especially want to highlight The hotel is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, very nice bartenders, I want to highlight Çınar❤️, Şermin❤️, Hıdır and Apo , very friendly atmosphere, great food. The view from the hotel is stunning. The sea is crystal clear, the mountains are beautiful. I really like it here. The people staying in this hotel are colorful, very friendly, I recommend a holiday in this hotel! Thank you so much!

Small hotel but not boutique

The staff were very good, however the hotel needs a lot of investment .The rooms are in need of a good clean to get rid of the mould in the so called bathroom you cantsit on the toilet it's too close to the shower wall , the floors weren't cleaned all week. If you have any walking problems don't go to this hotel the restaurant is upstairs. The food was awful mostly chicken not cooked well. Chips cauliflower and onion ring for breakfast.
