Amazing hotel and atmosphere! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were incredible! Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore if I tried! This is our second time visiting and it didn’t disappoint. Chrysa was extreamly helpful and her service was amazing. The rooms were stunning we went with the private pool room and it was unbelievable. The location is amazing right next to the mountains and full of many gorgeous cats and kittens! I would recommended this hotel to anyone who enjoys a great 5* experience!

I had an amazing time and the spa was very special hot stone massage and facials were excellent. The staff in the resort were exceptional nothing was too much. Had a very special time here

Where should I start. It is rare that I do a review of any place we travel to. Not because they are not all great but because I am kind of lazy. But the team of CasaCook Rhodes blew our mind, so I just need to send this as a gesture of appreciation. The hotel site is a beauty of its own. We love Boho style and it perfectly blends into the surrounding “mountain” around the Tsampika Monastry. Upon arrival we were surrounded by smiling and heartwarming people. The Reception team and Ms. Tsampika from Guest Relations gave us the perfect welcome and hosting throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean, perfectly arranged and the housekeeping did a perfect job every day. Even in 5star hotels this isnt always the case, but here it is! So even if you are a “cleaning monk” you won’t get disappointed here ☺️. The food and drinks were amazing and perfectly covered by a service team of amazingly friendly people. They were too many to remember all names but some I could memorize. Kostas, Chrysa, Hara, Melissa (sorry for calling her Ella, I speak NO Greek obviously 😅), Giannis, Orestis, Georg - just a few to mention…all of them deserve a special thank you for giving us the feeling of being home every day. The facility itself is widespread and thanks to all the private pools and shared swim up’s you will never face any kind of “towel war” at any pool. Important for all interested people - if you want to get wasted every day at a crazy pool party, you should book the neighbour Cooks Club. Casa Cook is more to get your mind and soul on a recovery and relaxtion trip. You can still get drunk with great cocktails at the pool bar every evening but the really fantastic DJ music, which is played live every evening, ends at 11pm straightly. We loved it but that’s part of the CasaCook DNA so be aware of it, we are not in Faliraki. 😉 So long story short, for us it was the best hotel we have ever been on Rhodes and it is also among our “Top 3 best hotels ever been”. We will come back for sure as soon as possible and we will also recommend it to anyone who is sharing the same view of a perfect holiday that we have…a beautiful facility, great food and drinks and the most charming staff you can wish for.
