Amazing

We booked the room with the mini private pool on the terrace. The hotel looked so nice and exotic! Like a little heaven. The room was very spacious. The food of the restaurant was very tasty! The staff was very friendly and always making everything to make you feel special! Shout out to Betty and Diego from the reception , very lovely, smiling all the time. Thank you for the surprise birthday decorations in the room, that was amazing !!! Few things are to be improved , the breakfast isn't very good and too minimalist , a little coffee machine should be available on the counter for a proper coffee. And we had to wait quite a while in the restaurant to get the service. Part of that we will definitely come back ! Thank you for looking after us❤️❤️❤️

U have read good reviews and if I had booked my stay in a different room maybe this would be one of those. My issue is that I specifically booked the Jacuzzi room only to get there and find out the jacuzzi tub has not worked for quite some time. They are still renting out this room for a premium with a broken tub. The hotel is pretty far away from anything. If you want to be closer to the central district or the beach look for other accommodations. I changed hotels to be closer to the beach, but I ended up wasting two days of my vacation. I would not recommend Casa HX.

Located in the exclusive area of Punta Cocos, Casa HX is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the island of Holbox. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the small town center, that you can enjoy the sound of the waves, birds and sometimes the beach all to yourself; yet close enough, that an 8 minute cab ride gets you to the town square were you can mingle with locals and tourists alike. Punta Cocos is the best spot on the Island to marvel at the bioluminescence phenomenon, happening just a few steps from Casa Hx almost year round.
