Stay away from this place

This place is filthy and there is no guest service at all. We initially arrived and the “hotel” was locked, no one there, not opened. We had to call a bunch of numbers before we got a response. We had to wait nearly an hour to get settled in the room. There was no hot water and no wifi!! Horrible

Best place to stay at Playa del Carmen

Leo was the best person you could ask for to run a hotel! He goes out of his way for you and the place is amazing. There is no one better and I can’t wait to come back, come to playa de Carmen and stay at this resort you won’t regret it!! Definitely the highlight of our trip!

New, Spacious & Comfortable

I needed a hotel for a couple of nights that was close to Xcaret. I wanted it to be spacious. Good: New, spacious. 1 queen bedroom, 1 king bedroom, 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with all cookware, utensils, microwave, gas stove, etc. I was very impressed with the construction, finishes, decor and building details. It is an apartment. Friendly staff, good housekeeping. Affordable price. Strong AC, plush towels, plenty of hot water and strong pressure Not so good: Wifi not working, mattress a bit thin, could feel springs, underground parking is tight. Bad: There are no street signs, so getting here was a challenge, hotel needs better signage. Location is far from beach and 5th Ave (3km from beach and a 15 minute drive, you need a car) Overall very comfortable stay, enjoyed the generous space.
