A struggle not to give a 5 as communication was excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful, clean, comfortable and well appointed, great position for the beach, transport and restaurants. The only downside was the paper thin walls and being able to hear the next rooms conversations.

This is an updated hotel one block from the beach. Amenities are bare bones in the room and hotel, but beach chairs are included, which is nice. Staff are helpful and you can’t beat the location. Unfortunately, the walls are not soundproof as others have said and it sounds like people next door are in your room. At 2:00am I was woken up by the influencer next door explaining to her boyfriend how clubs pay promoters to recruit hot influencers online and invite them to cities to promote their clubs. They get all expenses paid trips if they go out with other hot influencers (that they don’t know) and pretend they are having fun at the clubs in their social posts. The next day we heard the couple upstairs doing the “jackhammer” and the girl next door having an interview. I am not making this up. Even the earplugs provided were not enough to block it out. If it weren’t for this super annoying issue, I would not hesitate to come back.

Room was right off the main foyer - everyone entering the building all day and night walked outside our door - you could hear EVERYTHING from cars, doors, talking, all late night activities , conversations, front desk activities, coffee machine, water refill station all right outside our “not soundproof” door. Not even including the overpowering smell of the air freshener right beside our door…. They were not willing to do ANYTHING! Would not recommend this hotel!

Nice room - but small. Comfy bed and good working A/C. Very thin walls - you can hear your neighbors (especially when they argue! LOL) Very good location - close to the beach. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful - some of them not so much. You do not make contact with anyone - check-in and check-out, door control etc. is all made electronically. It all worked for us.
