After reading the reviews we had high hopes for this hotel. Starting with positives the family who run the hotel are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The bedroom was compact but spotlessly clean - we were on the 2nd floor and overlooked the front which could be a bit noisy, the bathroom was small and a wet room so was a bit of a challenge as everything was soaked after a shower. Bed was comfortable. We found the food to be ok - plenty of choice at breakfast but lunch and dinner limited and quite often lukewarm. The restaurant is also used as the entertainment space so during the evening people would remain at their tables as there was nowhere else to go - it could do with a nice lounge/bar area where you could mix with the other guests. Location for us was the big disappointment- the hotel is about 10mins walk from the town which is accessed via a narrow winding road so not very safe to walk especially at night. The beach was filthy with litter, glass and bottles. We did a couple of trips - a boat trip and caught the bus to Zante town both of which were good. Overall I would say this hotel is more a 3+ star rather than the 4 star it is advertised as.

For a quiet and relaxed, child-free holiday you couldn't wish for a better place to stay. On arrival Spiros (the owner) and team were there to greet you at the door, and there wave you off as you leave. Nothing was too much trouble, for anyone. There was low-key activities and entertainment (again perfect for us). There was plenty to see and do off site, if you don't want to lounge by the pool or in the garden. Would definitely go back, and would highly recommend if you want a quiet getaway

Iv’e always said with an All Inclusive holiday, the food can make or brake it. Every single one of our party of 6 didn’t complain about the quality of the food once. Quite the contrary, there was nothing but praise. We had one day where the electrics went off and still they laid on semi hot food as well as salads of course. They offered cans of beer because the pumps were obviously off and went round every room to offer bottles of water. We were upgraded to a swim up room on arrival which was lovely. The only down side was it was at the back of the hotel, quite remote. If they had a small bar in some waste land they had nearby would have made it spectacular because it was a bit of a trek to go and get a drink through the grounds of the hotel, through the hotel itself, downstairs to get to the pool bar. Or had a cut through would be a cheaper option. We didn’t go around the pool because with being a large party, we preferred to stay together and was impossible to get 6 beds together unless they were saved REALLY early like other people did. We used the Olive garden quite a bit, but didn’t really want to be sitting in a chair for too long. The room was nice and specious. The only suggestion I would give is offer USB plugs on both sides of the bed, not just one and have an outside handle so the room can be closed off from outside to keep cool. Fortunately we didn’t have extremely hot weather, but can imagine it would be a problem with the heat and bugs in the hotter weather. All the staff worked really hard, but did their tasks with smiles on their faces. The owner sat in reception every day who enjoyed greeting everyone. He was such a delight to meet and listen to some of his stories. We sat in reception a couple of times waiting for a table of 6 to be set up, so we chatted with him quite a bit. His daughter is lovely too who now runs the hotel. On arrival we were offered food and a welcome drink straight away and on checkout we were presented with a small bottle of their own Caselli Olive Oil to bring home. Such a lovely touch. We would love to return one day.

Great value for money. Good location. Food was lovely, staff were pleasant and swim up room was Great! Had the best most quiet and relaxing holiday ☺️🔆💜

I had a good stay with my son. Just a quick 4 nights. Front of house Hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and welcoming. Sometimes we felt a little awkward asking for things at dinner or breakfast with the waiting staff, who were sometimes a little less than approachable and the food, particularly at dinner time, was not always very hot. We stayed in the suite with private pool, which was a challenge with mobility issues to get to the other side of the pool to the loungers, as you either had to get completely wet carrying the items you needed to sunbathe whilst keeping them dry, or run the guantlet of balancing on the ledge. Overall though, a nice place to stay with good facilities.
