Nice hotel but the staff really made it special! Super friendly and helpful people who actually cared. Would comeback just for the service.

Hotel "Cavo Orient Beach Hotel" is situated in a peaceful and secluded area, close to the sea. In the hotel there's a tranquil and unique atmosphere. The rooms are regularly cleaned, and set out in a functional layout. We were highly impressed by the restaurant's staff and the food served. The food was always fresh and unlike other places we've been to, the food was locally sourced. From the first moment you enter into the restaurant, the staff ensures to make each guest feel welcome and as if part of their 'family'. Small gestures make a big difference; the waiters take care of their guests. The beach Bottega Bar next to the swimming pool serves excellent coffee and drinks for children. We are grateful for the wonderful memories which we have experienced in Cavo Orient Beach Hotel- one of the most incredible hotels, definitively we will recommend this place for people who seek peacefulness and breathtaking views of the Ionian sea.

The hotel is amazing, one of the nicest places i have ever stayed. Beautifully set by the little beach with fantastic views of the ocean. The staff are great, all area's are immaculate. Very peaceful here it really is gem. We were upgraded free of charge to a swim up room which is lovely a real pleasure, we are bed and breakfast which we have no complaints about at all, the meals in Nonas pool bar are delicious too. You are €15 in a taxi to town but there is a supermarket and couple of restaurants near by and we knew about the taxi to town before we booked so the location is not a problem for us. I really don't know how anybody could have anything bad to say about this hotel- it's perfect for us. Away from the hussle and bussle of the busy town. Sun beds are plenty it's everything we could ask for here. If you want a relaxing holiday in a clean friendly atmosphere then you will love it here.

Hotel in a beautiful location among olive plantations, far from civilization. The location of the hotel suited us perfectly. We had a room with a shared pool in the new building and it was fantastic. Peace and quiet for relaxation. Large pool, beautiful rooms, large and clean everywhere. The food in the hotel is very good. The only drawback of the hotel is that the beach bar is not part of the all inclusive, so you have to go to the pool bar for a drink. The beach is smaller, sandy and pebble, sun loungers on the hotel grounds, so free of charge. The sea is wonderfully clean. Pebbles at the entrance to the water and in some places even stones - it is better to have water shoes, but it is possible without them. The hotel manager is still present at every meal in the dining room, personally greeting guests and supervising the employees. A short distance from the hotel there is a car, quad bike and motorbike rental and a supermarket is being built. It is now at the intersection with the main road, about 500 m from the hotel. If you like peace, quiet, relaxation and nature, this is the right place. It is not for those who like hustle and bustle, wild animations and loud music until the morning. This place is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but for that it has its charm and peace.

I recently stayed at Cavo Orient Beach Hotel Resort. I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience. Despite being advertised as a 4-star property, the overall standards were far below expectations. The service, facilities, and general upkeep were very basic. I was especially disappointed to find that the à la carte restaurants were closed, with no prior notice or explanation at check-in. This meant that, despite selecting a board option, we were limited to the buffet every day—far from the variety expected. Additionally, I was charged a significant fee for not including my child in the original booking. The “All Board” option I selected on Booking.com was also misleading. It was not equivalent to “All Inclusive,” and again, this was not clarified at check-in. I had to pay separately for all items at the pool bar, which came as a very unpleasant surprise. When we raised this at reception, no one offered any resolution, simply stating “you should know.” How can guests know if this isn’t clearly communicated at check-in? This combination of hidden charges, lack of communication, and subpar service made the stay poor value for money. I do not intend to return and cannot recommend your hotel to others.
