So I wasn't going to write a review for this hotel (not one for doing reviews) but have seen some reviews and tips about this hotel which I think are unfair Firstly I think some people's expectations may be too high for alot of European all inclusive hotels. I have done 5 and 4 star all inclusive in Mexico, jamaica, Cape Verde etc where it is standard for everything to be included within the all inclusive, generally higher standard of food and alcohol at these hotels compared in general with alot of 4 star all inclusive in Spain, Greece etc. (Prices for hotels in the carribean are usually higher than those for European holidays hence the difference in standard and I believe expectations) That being said this hotel was lovely, it is in a very quiet area, not much around other than a small supermarket with the nearest town being around 8 mins drive away where there are plenty of bars etc. You can get the local bus for 2 euro and most of the bar owners arrange for taxis to bring you home so you don't get conned! The location of the hotel was one of the reasons we booked as we wanted a quiet week to de stress. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are spacious, spotless we had a shared swim up room which was lovely in block one, hotel is only 2 high so feels like a small village rather than hotel. Now I am very fussy with food at hotels but never struggled to find something to eat at lunch or dinner (never made breakfast lol) there was always plenty of meat and fish options, lots of rice, salads, veg, gyros, soups etc with plenty of fruit and cakes for dessert. I visited a hotel in Spain earlier in the year and didn't eat anything from the hotel and had to buy food from the supermarket across the road or eat out. Pool snack bar has the usual food for snack bars, hotdogs, sandwiches, chips, toasties, fruit cups, cakes etc. There is a menu for an extra charge but plenty to eat if you did not want to pay, it closes during 1 and 3pm as lunch operates at this time 🤷♂️ Drinks - there are plenty of drinks on offer varied fruit juice, pepsi, sprite etc, different teas, different types of coffee and then lots of different beer, wine, cocktails. There are other drinks which are charged extra like imported beers, bacardi breezers and specialist wines etc but again this is standard at most all inclusive 4 star hotels. The local beer from the hotel was actually very nice but I did buy some breezers The staff are lovely at the hotel nothing is too much trouble for them and look after you very well. Unfortunately we were unable to try the al la carte restaurant as it only operates on specific days and we left it late in our holiday to book and the day we were supposed to visit there was a storm in the area, I will say the food did smell lovely so would recommend you give it a try if you go If you are looking for a relaxing holiday at a very nice hotel with good food and drink then I would recommend here
