A slice of unparalleled paradise on the Caldera

We happened upon this exclusive set of villas by chance as recommended by their sister hotel, the Petit Palace and their charming and very genuine GM, Kostas when the original accommodation didn't work out. Service is clearly an absolute top priority for this hotel group - the Caldera Collection. They simply want you to be happy and to have a wonderful holiday. It is not just about the money. Right from the start, Nicos, the charismatic Canadian-Greek manager at Celestia made us feel at home with his down to earth and earnest approach. Not difficult in such breathtaking (and I mean, truly breathtaking, surroundings). But we felt he again genuinely had our best interests at heart inn finding the right accommodation for us. My daughter and I were given the private honeymoon villa and it had an exquisite panoramic view of the entire Caldera coastline - the sun set dips like a fireball right in front of you in the evenings. Out of this world. And all of this viewed from a private terrace with your own beautiful infinity pool finished in iridescent blue tiles, large jacuzzi, canopied or recessed double daybed options, alongside the usual plush loungers etc. There is also seating under a gazebo for private dining if you don't fancy going out (which you won't!) The food is also delicious - made to order next door at another of the hotel's accommodations the Volcanic View. Every morning breakfast (again, delicious and plentiful and included in the price) is served on your terrace. Nicos even made us his own homemade delicious cocktails on the house while we waited for a boat tour that he organised for us. Honestly, I cried on a couple of occasions, I felt so looked after and so grateful to have happened upon this place. Yes, it's expensive and yes it's a luxurious treat but trust me you won't regret it. It is worth every penny and more. It is a 5************ home from home that you'll want to return to.

You will not find a better place to stay while in Santorini! Niko, Bobby, Roko, and crew made our stay extra special! They had every single detail covered and were proactive in helping us plan the best trip! I can not say enough about the Villas and the staff! We fell in love with them and our place within the first 5 minutes of being there! When you plan a vacation, you want everything to be perfect…they exceeded our expectations. The villa was one we won’t forget as well! We have high expectations when we travel and this place was a 20/10! Thank you for making our stay extra special! We already miss it!!! We will be back!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Stayed in the Sapphire suite. Unobstructed, gorgeous view of the sunset every night. Short distance to Fira. Niko was the best. Restaurant recs were all on point. Made sure to check in every day so we made the most of our trip. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning was exceptional. Highly recommend. Don’t forget to book Christos for your island tours.

Wow! Our villa and the service we experienced over 12 days in October was phenomenal. I’ve been lucky to have experienced a number of top notch places around the world - the Celestia Grand is up there with the best. We stayed in the Artemis villa - it is huge and for two people it might be regarded as unnecessary. The view is as good as any view on Santorini which meant we only left the villa twice in 10 days - for a boat trip and visit to Fira. Weather was superb. We saw a sunset every night - most were viewed from the hydro jacuzzi on the villa terrace over looking the caldera and volcano. Breakfast was delivered to the villa for the time we wanted. The choice, quality and presentation was better than perfect. All food was first class and delivered to the villa. Max’s service was exceptional when delivering our food - nothing was an issue. Our conversions deepened over our stay and before we left we asked Max to join us for breakfast one morning. He typified the experience you’ll enjoy here. Niko was our main contact during our stay and was available 24/7. He’s very experienced in leading and fronting the team - it was great to communicate with just one person on everything as he got to know us quickly and what we wanted - which was a quiet, peaceful and relaxed break to recover from our busy lives. Daily cleaning of the villa was organised around a time we preferred. All the staff we came across were helpful and communicative - making sure we were happy with everything. It was a perfect stay for us. Thank you Celestia Grand!

Outstanding stay in every way. We stayed in the Artemis Villa, which was stunning. We enjoyed the views, pool, hot tub, and incredibly yummy breakfasts each morning on our veranda. Niko … There are no words to describe how kind he is!! He has incredible attention to detail and he arranged an unforgettable visit to Santorini. Let him take care of everything as it is his gift. He arranged all of our transportation and reservations at the best restaurants. We had an amazing private boat tour (on “the transformer”) which made my husband’s birthday one for the record books. Seeing Santorini from this perspective is truly special. We also enjoyed our private tour with Christos who made our exploration of the island fun and we learned so much from him. He too is kind and an incredible photographer… we have the most treasured photos and videos from him. Overall, it was the perfect stay at The Celestia Grand with Niko and his team.
