the Worst hotel EVER stayed in my life .

Please Do not stay here! It’s the Worst hotel EVER stayed in my life . The staff is bluntly rude and not welcoming at all. They are racist and needs to learn better hospitality. At first they dont allow us to have even a small water bottle from outside , you need to buy from their small market at the reception . I told them that this policy should be on their website before i made the booking or i need to informed about it the check in time , i have the choice to either accept or refuse it , as by law if i dont agree on their policy they have to refund me , they didn’t agree on this. My brother brought me food from outside because i was not feeling well , the rude receptionist didn’t allow me to even eat the Sandwich at the lobby he asked me to leave the hotel and eat it outside , he said i need to buy the food from their small canteen in order for him to allow me to eat it in the lobby . I was about to call the police for him after him shouting and stopping me to go to my room , This was after his refusal of me eat in the lobby . Me and my brother experienced an insects bites all over our bodies during our stay, it’s certainly bedbug bites . The bathroom shower was full of damp . Breakfast was terrible and no healthy options. very unprofessional and very unhelpful. it was just awful to be there! This hotel should be PERMENANTLY CLOSED !

I have got got back from staying at this hotel for 6 days. I would like to thank the hotel manager and staff during my trip. I was worried about the reviews but to be honest it's a very good hotel. Rooms are clean fresh towels everyday very good location good gym good food good wifi in rooms. I would use this hotel again 5 ***** service

everything is closed, no pool open, no pool bar, food is not good, very disappointed won't use love holidays again totally useless. Avoid at all costs. Only 3 guests here says it all. Definately beleive all the bad reviews. As for love hidays complaints department total waste of time they have falsely advertised this hotel.
