5*,toilet paper in bin for days on end until we found out you had to request room to be cleaned, really?? Unlike any 5*

Wifi? Only if you sit in reception or pay Friendly staff? Bar staff short sharp and rude but friendly to anyone speaking Russian not English, or female. reception staff not very helpful either No Tui rep on site, needed help as Corendon app not working so £30 had to be paid at check in at Antalya airport. Could have been avoided if a rep available. Only 6 English there at hotel. RESTAURANT did not put out anything to serve bread ROLLS with so everyday guests pulling them about with bare hands, fruit juice machines not working even at 7.15am GET STAFF TO CHECK BEFORE OPENING!!

I like this hotel so much! I didn’t expect something speciális but it was very good holiday. The animáción team is the best, thank Vika for boccia a game)
