Ahmet from animation was very friendly but the rest of the staff are rude

I stayed with my family in July and I would not say this is 5 stars more like 3/4. When we arrived we were greeted by Mustafa who was very friendly and gave us food because we arrived very late at night. The next morning we woke up and went for breakfast which was always nice. The pool was nice. Didn’t always did somewhere to sit because everyone take the sunbeds lol. But the food at the pool was always nice. The kids always had something to eat. However, the bar at the pool. The staff were very rude. They don’t like English people only the German or polish guests which I found very rude. Working in a place like that you need to be nice to everyone. So that really put me off. But the animation team was lovely. The girl was very friendly and Ahmed was super friendly always made an effort to talk to us and the kids. The rest of the staff I found rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t come back here again. But the stay was pleasant. The kids enjoyed the pool very much

Amazing animation team

Just back from an unforgettable October half-term break at this fabulous resort! The staff were absolute stars, and the kids' activities were fun But the highlight of our stay was definitely the kids' disco in the evening 🎉The animation team, especially the amazing Onur, brought the house down with their infectious energy and smiles! Although the activities were reduced compared to summer , but the team tried their best .
