Amazing property with improvements required

Check In - M was great. He did things well and cordinated. Rooms : Took the Junior Pool Suite & 3 other Deluxe Pool Rooms. Junior Pool Room has great space for those looking for that extra space. The room came with a dining table, and sofa area. The other rooms was good too. Housekeeping : Housekeeping services is BAD. When we entered the rooms there was still dust around, floor had hair & it was not cleaned fully. Bath tub had hair too. Even with feedback - housekeeping is still not done properly. You can request for housekeeping in the morning, and come back late evening and its still not done. They only sweep and mop, they do not wipe anything even though your staying for a longer period. Asked to change towel, came back its still on the floor but housekeeping was done. When we called back, the housekeeper came and was annoyed that we complained. Avoid unless okay with supbar cleaning. Breakfast : breakfast is so-so. They had limited choices, small flies over the fruits. When informed staff just nod head. A little run down for the brand. The property is nice and easy access to shops, massage areas, 7 11, eateries etc. The letdown is on housekeeping & breakfast. Wawa & M are great staff, welcoming & helpful.

Value for money at low season now

Staff members greeted me each time I walked by. Room is spacious. Loved the “ buy 3 and pay 2 nights” promotion. Pool had ample deck chairs- at least for now ,low season Kids schedules available too. Drinks at poolside has happy hour from 3 pm to 4 pm. Palm garden eatery had food available every hour. I tried the tod mun goong( fried prawn cake) - very crispy. Possibly one of the best hotels in that whole stretch.

We had a lovely stay here, the large room overlooking the pool area was large big comfy bed and air conditioned room. The staff here are wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. The resturant although open aired gets so hot and unless you're sat in front of a fan make the dining experience less pleasurable. The food is good though. Good menu choice and not overly priced. The pool and swim up bar was good. Happy hour drinks always a nice touch. We had a great stay and would return.

Very nice hotel,close to the beach, with pool on the ground level(we didn't use it). very friendly hotel stuff personnel.The room was spacious, with a very large bed,the balcony view was amazing.We choose to have 2 meals at the hotel restaurant and that was a good decision,very good and almost occidental food.
