Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and the main reason for that was the incredible staff. We travel total 7 person, 3 rooms. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care, making us feel not like guests, but like family. Michelle the Experience Manager take care us very well and professionally. As well as her team , front office staffs are all very supportive and friendly. We highly recommend this resort and will be back again .

We stayed here in March and what a wonderful resort. Our warm welcome was provided by White who was so gracious. The staff made us feel so very welcome, the restaurants and bars, at breakfast (thanks Kamala and all of you lovely people) and also the pool and bar staff (just brilliant in every respect). The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was so clean. The room we stayed in was the best equipped I've stayed in. All the added niceties and extra little treats just made it that bit more enjoyable. The resort location is a big plus as well. Shops and bars are easily accessible whether walking or jumping in the ever-present vans that run up and down the main roads. The resort pools are clean and well maintained and water quality is impeccable. The grounds and gardens have a large team that keep the place looking so neat. There is also an adult pool which is offset to the northern end of the resort. We used both pools at different times and both were great locations with great views and close access to the beach and amenities. We are already planning a return trip. This is a very well managed resort hotel. Big thankyou to the Centara Team.

Perfect Location with Stunning Beach and Pool Areas

As a first time long haul traveller, it was absolutely fantastic that we stayed in this family friendly and caring hotel. All facilities were great, and the pool outside the families room on ground level, was brilliant. All the staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Particular thanks to AI on reception, AI looked after me very well when I became ill, thank you AI. Sally, Jim, Katie Andy and children.

Delightful Experience in Koh Samui

My wife and I have been to Centara Reserve Samui two times in the past year and we just love it. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and it is in a central location on Chaweng Beach. The staff, from the housekeepers to the managers, are all friendly welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast buffet is one of the best and the food and service at the hotel restaurants are amazing. Can't wait for our next visit!
