Cettia Beach Resort

We are just home from another stay at Cettia Beach resort and once again I cannot praise the Management and Staff enough. As usual the all inclusive package was excellent and food choices had something for everyone. Already booking out trip back .

Well what can I say about this hotel ots like a second home the staff are like your second family .Bruno the entertainment guy just fabulous cheeky entertaining funny we laughed non stop .Thank you to The ladies in the budda spa who do a fantastic job and work really hard please try them out and see Baris he will set you up right with the best package .I won't go any where else in Marmaris right down to the waiters and waitresses the bar staff we have had an other amazing stay here thank you all much love ❤️

We came here with our parents who are older but still like to enjoy themselves and rest of family when We first arrived staff were welcoming we got to our room was late so just got our head down room seemed nice but in morning bed wasn’t very comfortable we had a corner room so heard all the noise from road was very noisy we asked to change but there was no other rooms unless we pay extra never seen a balcony so small in my life was 3ftx6ft just fits 2 chairs and small table no room to stand there is no phone working in any of our rooms for emergency as there is a lot of older people in this hotel if anything g went wrong g you carnt ring down to reception room wasn’t very clean we found pair of old underpants down side of wardrobe dust and unclean chair in room with stains shower had all mould round rim,wardrobe was hardly any room for clothes so obviously not as,clean as it should be needs updating . Got up one morning to get beds round pool got no chance as they up at 5 putting towels down so went to the Beach umbrellas had seen it’s days all rubbish on beach bottles fag ends needs cleaning daily sunbeds are ok to lie on , food in restaurant wasn’t any better I know all places can be repetitive food but this was terrible so we had a word said it’s not good enough a lot of others were thinking the same but only us that had guts say something after next few days food was better they just don’t have the room to put food out for how many people are in hotel they were running out of food coffee was ok but not brilliant but found a good coffee shop across from golden rock they need a proper coffee shop where lounge area is which would be good Staff round bar and some in restaurant where very helpful some were miserable chef came round everyday who we spoke about food asking if was ok . Spar downstairs has no swimming pool or dip pool if u fancied a sauna was told we have to use other hotel for pool There is no security on either side of the hotel to stop anyone coming in which I’ve never know all places I’ve stayed in Entertainment wasn’t brilliant if u hear for 2 weeks it repeats itself sorry to say won’t be returning its def not a 4 * hotel Really disappointed in this hotel as there was good reviews before we booked but still needs updating and won’t be recommending anyone to this hotel

Stayed here in September. Hotel staff very welcoming. No problem checking in. Requested high floor rooms, but they are very small. I'm not sure they would be ideal for a couple as clothes space was very limited. Even more annoying is that we are penalised by having to pay full price for accommodation by having sole occupancy rooms !! Rooms are a bit tired, patio door didn't lock, air con stopped working, but did get fixed. All inclusive is definitely not drinks. Any named cocktails are extra !! They do offer their "own" included cocktails with unbranded spirits, but hard to tell if the "real" ones are any different because we definitely weren't paying extra... The food choice was a huge disappointment, virtually the same every day, hardly ever hot enough, and "recycled" the following day. The hottest food was the daily outside grill. Salad was often dried. No pastries at breakfast, no bananas, and yoghurt was served in large dishes and had "separated." Dining room wasn't swept or cleaned often enough. Crumbs on chairs, stained tablecloths. Some nice touches with afternoon ice cream and cool flannels. Evening entertainment was good, some really talented acts. Though the resident activities guy could be quite annoying during the shows - butting in over the microphone . Don't hold out any hope of getting a sunbed by the pool, even though the pool was hardly used. Never a problem getting beds on the beach or the jetty, whatever time of day. I chose this hotel because of the 5* reviews given by previous travellers, who return time and time again - my question would be why?? It definitely isn't 4* more a 3* basic hotel, compared to where we've stayed before. The location is a plus as its half way between Marmaris and Icmeler, 40 mins stroll either way.

This hotel is an absolute gem, we went for 2 weeks and had the best time and would definitely go back. From the moment we checked in to when we left, the staff were great, and we found them to be friendly and really helpful. Yes, the pool is small but never overcrowded. This is due to the hotel being virtually on the beach. We found no issues with sunbeds around the pool, although you do have to get up reasonably early to get one. However, we weren't too bothered as there were plenty in on the beach and private jetty, and beds always became available mid afternoon. The food with an all-inclusive is always hit and miss as you can't please everyone all the time, however this hotel had a good choice for all 3 main meals and the snack bar was pretty good too, and then if you wanted more, ice cream and cakes are available later in the day and there is a good selection of cake and there were various flavours of ice cream,not just your standard strawberry, chocolate etc .. lemon was my personal favourite. Should you decide that the hotel food isn't for you, then there are some good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The entainment at the hotel was great, pool, snooker comps during the day, then singers/dancers/ karaoke and bingo on alternative nights. However, when you mention entertainment at this hotel, you can't not think about Bruno ... who was the entertainment team, he certainly is a loveable character and is the life and soul of the party and it wouldn't have been the same without him, he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, and makes the effort to speak to everyone at least once during the day. The only downside we found was there were only a couple of drawers for clothes, and the wardrobe was small and couldn't hang dresses, but that was only minor and would not deter us from returning. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was very comfy compared to other hotels we have stayed at. We would definorley recommend this adults only hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break in the sunshine. We will definitely be returning!
