5/5 Excellent service. Pool was absolutely divine. Quiet location. Close to beach, within 3 min walk. Large well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Restaurant has a good menu for both lunch and dinner, including fresh seafood.

No frills comfortable stay

We booked this hotel for a no-frills overnighter as we will be arriving late and checking into a nearby resort the next few days. Hard to locate as it was in a dark corner and not well lit. We managed to locate second time around. Check-in was a hassle as the front desk guy could not speak much English but relied on Google translate. He even read from a prepared note to asking us if we want to move to a lake view room as the booked room was facing the main road and noisy. We took the option thus giving up the included breakfast. It was raining overnight so we had no idea what lake view was. Room was big, comfortable but dated and has one of the best firm mattress we experienced so far. Aircon took a long time to cool the room but everything worked. Issue was the noise from the distant disco continued till 4:30am and kept me awake all night. In the morning it was still raining but we woke up to marvellous view. When we checked out there was not much of breakfast seen but more of a made to order set thus limited variety. Do be aware there are only space for 4 cars onsite if you are driving with more further away within 5-minutes walk which is also where youll find food, grocery shop and the Boat Avenue Friday Night Market. Convenient and good location for the small hotel, and cheap too.

we were travelling from Samui to Phuket . I found this hotel online, tryed to book but didnt work. so we just walked to the hotel. the receptionist was not much friendly probably she was tired. we stayed 1 night there on 17 October 19 room was clean , view nice. around hotel restaurant options have but price is a bit high. not for holiday place. for business staying its ok but if you want to spend your all holiday there you must to look another options.

Relaxing stay without hassle

Very good place for all kind of travellers. Spotless clean. Housekeeping is doing really good job. Good working A/C. Fresh bottles of water provided every day. All the guys at the reception are friendly and very helpful. Close to bars and restaurants and about 25 minutes walk from the sea. Breakfast with good choice of food and beverages. Clean, small swimming pool. It looks like it has been renovated not long ago. I stayed there for nine nights and it was very pleasant experience.

Close to Boat road restaurants and shops. Inhouse restaurant a let down and very expensive, rather go to one of the other local restaurants, much better prices.Hotel nice setting on small lake, breakfast was good and staff very friendly.
