1405 ROLLING FAIRWAYS BLVD CHAMPIONSGATE DAVENPORT Sold to us by OCEAN FLORIDA Managed by Jeeves property management Do not stay at this address in its current state, What a disappointment!!, we were sold it as an executive plus but it’s so be dated and desperately needs some TLC. We arrived on 24/04/22 and immediately spotted chipped and stained furniture. Around the pool the seating was ripped and stained, the dining table leg is about to drop off and the lighting no longer works so we were sat in the dark on our first night. One light fitting was smashed, why it hasn’t been replaced is beyond me! And there is 1 lonely sun lounger for a 5 bed property. The double bedroom had stained bedding (looked like old blood?) which has now been thrown by housekeeping and the carpet had a hole in it kindly hidden by a chair. The oven door is cracked from top to bottom and the glass moves. The patio doors don’t lock and the front door catch doesn’t work, it just isn’t safe. On our first night a phone charger was so badly overheated it smouldered but Jeeves management just “raised a ticket with maintenance “ We didn’t sleep in the beds on our first and only night, only on top; the mattresses creak and are clearly in need of replacing, we as a party of 9 agreed this was not an executive plus villa by any standard and rang Jeeves Property Management as stated in the welcome pack and asked to be moved. We waited for their call back the next morning; it never happened so I called Ocean Florida in London and was assured they would help us. I sent photographs and awaited their assistance, that’s didn’t happen either. I was sent a short email advising to call Ocean Beds in resort, so we did and sent the photographs to them and guess what? No response! So we drove to the office. They were apologetic after seeing the photographs and agreed we should be moved.They asked us to find accommodation ourselves and we would be reimbursed for our stay, we found a property and rang the office to be told we couldn’t move as Jeeves wouldn’t authorise the move and we would not be released of the contract. We spent the first full day of the holiday (planned to be in the sunshine at Typhoon Lagoon) calling London, the office in Florida and Jeeves PM to be bounced around and lied to. We were told by Justin at Jeeves PM that maintenance were on the way at 11am but at 2pm he changed his story and said the ticket was raised and to sit tight, he was reluctant to give me his name at this point when I asked why he was lying to me? This was pretty much the standard of response we got from Jeeves all day. In the end up they decided despite the photographs and emails from us that our concerns didn’t warrant a move and there was nowhere to move us anyway as Orlando is extremely busy at the mo with a cheer leading competition. So that was the real reason why! I’m sure financial gain is a part of their decision too. We found a property a few doors down on the same street and have paid out of our own pockets to get loved. This is our 3rd trip with Ocean Florida and sadly won’t be using it recommending them again. While they bounce people around and delay communication their reputation will demise. Their association with Jeeves needs to be carefully considered as they are unhelpful, unprofessional and absolutely lie to appease. I’m so glad they tell you their calls are recorded; they need to listen back to my call to learn a few things about customer service! We’re not an unreasonable family, we just wanted the villa we were sold but upon looking further at the photographs on O.F site, they must be around 10 years old as the trees on the photos have grown considerably! I hope this review is received well and no family are allocated this property in its current state Beautiful home from the outside but such a shame the inside doesn’t match up
