AWFUL

What a disaster! Turned up to an empty hotel, closed down, Nobody on site except for security who gave me 3 different versions on whether I could stay or not. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS HOTEL. I have tried to get a refund through Qantas, who was the booking agent. Still awaiting resolution.

We were there from Dec 30th, 2024- Jan 4th, 2025. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room the cold water wouldn’t come on in the shower. Second room the mini fridge didn’t work (they did bring us another one right away), the reason why we moved rooms again is because the music was so loud from 1 of the 3 bars in the hotel. We changed rooms and it was a little bit better but can still hear it. They have the Non-smoking sign on the doors but we would smell the cigarette smell. It was so disappointing as the pictures does look nice. I just wish we would have read the reviews first. We didn’t try any of the restaurants. Nor did we try any of the bars (found out there are 3 in this hotel) but we can hear them, all throughout the night.

Would only stay as a last resort

I stayed here for 2 nights 30th Dec to 1 Jan. For the price I have paid, compared to any other hotel in Dubai for NYE period - I should’ve probably expected what I got. The reception staff was very unprofessional. The elevators are big enough for approx 3 people max. The corridor on the 4th floor smells weird all the time. The room 404 was supposedly “deluxe”, but the only “deluxe” thing about it was its size. The room itself is dated. The bedding was not clean. The bathroom - no words. The kettle lead was not even long enough to reach the plug…. I could hear music coming from the outside very loudly until 4am every night. The windows haven’t been cleaned in years… I would not stay here again, unless I had no other place to stay.

We booked this hotel because it was recommended by the organizers of the gift and lifestyle Fair. However, the information was not clear, we didn't know that the breakfast was not available even we ask to add it since the reservation was made

Hotel is really Amazing room are very neat and clean house keeping department is very good their service was really Amazing Mr Karan sharma assisted me well he’s really nice person I will visit again to your hotel even clubs pool also I liked a lot all facilities Awesome
