Thank you so much for the great hospitality. This is truly a place to recommend if you want a memorable stay to spend a few nights in phuket! Hans was great in helping us in the planning from day one till the end of the trip and their services was just beyond our expectations. We had 36 pax for this company trip. The villa was beyond imaginable and was big enough to do our team building games. We had alot of requests during our stays and they have always done their very best to fulfill it; preparing spare ices for our late nights whiskey drinks, ensuring our food are well taken care of and enough for everybody and also the rooms are of good conditions with enough proper beds for all the 36 pax. The last night was a memorable one as the Patong and Kathu area was affected by a power outrage, there was no aircon and hot water for shower (which is beyond their control). However the duty manager, Joe came back to the villa and stay throughout the night to ensure all is good and continue his work at 6am to ensure we are well taken care off. Kudos to Pla and the team which also exhibit passions and great services during our stays. I would highly recommend Jantra residences if you happen to visit Phuket. 😀

Booked the whole properly for a group of 12 for 3 nights and we had a great time. The villa is lovely and the 12 rooms are spacious and well furnished. The pool area is great to hang out after a day of golfing at the Phuket Country Club. Located on the golf course means it is out of the way a bit but its much more peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. The best feature by far was the staff. Dealing with the management team for booking was easy and they assisted to book golf and transport. The meal was fantastic and there was more than enough food. Joe and his team on site were friendly and wonderful. The rooms and grounds were serviced daily and our stay was seamless.

Very bad service by the villa and the butler. Requested the butler to heat up our food but was greeted with annoyance and unwillingness. Swim towels were also not provided cause they said they have not washed it. Definitely would not recommend my fellow travellers from staying here unless you wish to be greeted with such bad services and attitude during your holiday. Rooms were dirty as well with insects bodies on the floor as it was an open concept toilet. Dead insects were not cleaned up even after a day.

This Brand and Villa is beyond our expectation. A Big Thank You to everyone at Jantra Residence by Chinocollection for maintaining such a high standard, be it for the cleanliness of the huge villa (spotless in all of their bathrooms and even their wooden decks are without mold or slippery algae. that takes alot of effort to maintain), or for your amazing service, or even for your crews' attention to the little details and anticipating what we will need before we even knew. All the extra services that we have engaged Jantra to arrange for us, are extremely worth it! (We had initially chose to book all the tours by ourselves but we were very thankful we took the plunge to engage the services of Jantra Residence do provide the tours instead). And frankly speaking the price point for everything was very reasonable. Private boat tour to Phi Phi Island. The vendor that Jantra Residence used is extremely thoughtful. Both the Captain and crew are attentive to our needs, tweaking our itinerary accordingly to our preference. 1) they saw we had issue with sea sick, so they proposed to follow behind a bigger ferry so that the wave will be less intense 2) they noticed that we enjoy beaches more than snorkeling, so they offered to bring us to explore more islands with nice beach that's less crowded. In-villa seafood and BBQ dinner We have engaged Jantra Residence to offer a customized in-villa dinner for one of the night. As we had guests who can't have seafood, Jantra Residence crew whipped up a seafood and meat BBQ. The offering was AMAZING, HUGE and delicious! XL size Big Head prawns, 6-7 inch Oysters, Beef & Chicken skewers, and many more. The ambiance dining in the villa is what made the experience so special. Against the backdrop of the perfectly lit up pool and villa, large fans to make none of us sweat even though we were dressed up, and their ever attentive crew making everything so seemless and enjoyable. All the small and little actions above your already superb service has made this trip memoriable and emotional on this final day. Once again, thank you for such a wonderful experience.
