The hotel was clean, welcoming and beautiful. Our room attendant, Nadun was always so helpful and meticulous in keeping our room clean, tidy and organized. He was always cheerful, professional and attentive. We will recommend Cinnamon Grand Colombo to our friends, family, and associates. It is in the perfect location and has a variety of venues and amenities.

Great Colombo hotel

This is my 7th visit to the Cinnamon Grand in Colombo. A very special place that is always our first and last stay when we holiday in Sri Lanka. Staff are absolutely helpful with a particular shout out to Shashika and Mahesh who looked after our rooms. I would highly recommend the Cinnamon Grand, it's a wonderful hotel with that heritage type vibe. Great bars and great restaurants.

Shashika and Mahesh were excellent doing room cleaning. They were punctual and efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. My room (731) was left spotless every single time with nothing misplaced, clothes perfectly folded and my files and books arranged exactly the way I had requested. They were simply fantastic!!
