Great service and fantastic experience

I love the friendly service offered by all the staff here, especially the cleaning offered by housekeeping. Staff will see It really makes the room look like you just entered on your first day, and if there are any requests or problems then they will see to it that we are properly accommodated . Credits to Asmita and Kalam because they’re the ones who do a good job on cleaning our rooms here, thank you guys!

Citadines is my second home anytime I visit Dubai. My stay was great!!! The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen equipment to make it easy for you to cook.Location of the hotel is amazing very close to metro, restaurant and supermarket and pharmacy available 24/7. Staff always nice and ready to assist. Thanks to the reception especially Robert, Jitu, Madara Andrew, Ibrahim and all the house keeping team.

Was a nice hotel, staff was helpful and kind. Apartment was big. One bedroom wit it's bathroom, a separate living room and one additional restroom, the kitchen was separately and has all what a I needed to cook.

Overall staying experience was fantastic. Everyed every bit of it. Hotel location is perfect, Metro station is right next to Hotel. All places to visit are easily available via metro. All daily needs items like Groceries, Restaurants, ATM etc are available with 100meters. Special thanks to reception desk team Jitu, Sanjay, Anas, Robert & others to always available for any help. House-keeping team (Alan) was always prompt, he did a fantastic job keeping my apartment clean, he is also so very polite.

This was truly a 5 star experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Citadines metro. Not only are the rooms very well equipped, the amenities are also great, location is super easy to get to anywhere with the metro literally outside and you have free parking for cars, the cafe downstairs is also great and the staff are really friendly. But what really makes this a 5 star accommodation is the people and customer service, wow, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel; the staff are so friendly and always willing to help. Also housekeeping keep the rooms immaculate. Special thanks to Madara, Angelene, Francis from housekeeping, Anas, Dolan, Foday, Ibrahim, Sanjay, Robert and Jitu. The Brambles staff too Rachelle, Ramadan, Yin and Niranjan. Thank you guys, can’t wait to stay again!
