This hotel is perfectly located near metro station & sheikh Zayed road. Near to all attractions. The good thing is the people’s attitude and willing to help. The hotel successfully maintained itself and continuously renewed. The rooms became more comfortable. Stayed here for a while and truly enjoyed the comfort, location, and the consistent hospitality from the team. The breakfast is always a great way to start the day, fresh, simple, and satisfying. Special shout-out to the avo toast, definitely one of the highlights! I’d love to see it included as part of the bundled breakfast options, not just à la carte. It’s that good. Huge thanks to Jerry, Rachel, Niran Jan, and Yin for always being kind, attentive, and making mornings feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay in Dubai with great service and a relaxed, home-like vibe. Also, shoutout to the great front desk team for always going the extra mile to ensure their guest's satisfaction, specifically Madara, Angelene and Ramadan. You guys are awesome.

Excellent customer service. Magdalena at Front Desk was efficient and friendly. Allan from Housekeeping was very good and I am grateful that he took care of my room so very well. I stayed for nearly three weeks, and I was very happy with all staff. Will stay again.

Another excellent stay. Great location next to the metro station, really friendly staff, spacious rooms. Very happy. There is plenty happening in Barsha Heights, so this is an ideal location for a business or leisure stay. This was my second week long stay.

Professional staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was good, April, and her kitchen team made sure your breakfast was ready to be served. House keeping always cleaning and dressing bed. Concierge always on stand-by for services. Front desk well professionally dressed and well respected and friendly. Robert at the front desk was exceptional. The rest were fantastic. Property location is less than 50 meters to Dubai metro, which makes your movement very easy. The red line trains connect you to the green and orange(tram) lines. Value for the money. Don't skip this hotel and make a reservation somewhere else after reading this comment. I'm definitely coming back🙏
