I’m here for a couple of weeks on business, and the spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities make it easy to work and relax. Every detail is thoughtfully managed, creating a welcoming and stress-free experience. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mdm. Lovely at the front desk. She is truly top tier—helpful, experienced, service-, and solution-oriented; highly knowledgeable with a smile. Simply put, Mdm. Lovely understands the hospitality business and exudes expertise. As an expat, it is a real comfort to know I can always turn to her with any questions or requests. She brings genuine warmth and humanity, a trait that can feel rare in Dubai. I felt so at her me. Ravindra , the housekeeping boy was simply excellent. He was very dedicated and did everything with efficiency and diligently. I give him 10 out of 10. Sandhya the house keeping supervisor was again a very polite dedicated worker who knew her job 100%. I can’t stop myself but again think of a smiling chap ravindra. As long as he was in my room no 306. It was a pleasure watching
