The best hotel in santorini! Beautiful rooms and public areas. Great location but still very quiet. Simple and great breakfast. The team is amazing, nice, patience, and made everything to make our holiday perfect! Highly recommended!!!

The best part of our stay was the view and the helpful staff. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so soft. It is very nice to sit by the pool. They play music and make great cocktails. Fortunately the hotel is located to a quite place but next to the capital. We will visit it again!

Cliff Side Suites have some of the best views in Santorini. They are located in a quieter area so the walkways don’t get as crowded as they do lower on the mountain. The beds are very comfortable and our suite was quite spacious. We had a shared balcony but never saw our neighbors. There is so much to do here; sharing a balcony shouldn’t be a concern. And the views from our balcony were stunning. We had a sunset photo trip planned but we cancelled it since our balcony was probably as beautiful plus no crowds. As with virtually all accommodations on the caldera there are a lot of stairs. This is the price we pay for the view. Visitors with mobility challenges shouldn’t stay on the caldera. More conventional hotels downtown would be a much better option. Also, let the guys from the hotel carry your bags from the taxi drop off location. Just call ahead and they will meet you. It makes finding the hotel easier and it will save you a lot of work wrestling roller bags over cobblestones and carrying them down stairs. We tip 5 euros (total) going down and 10 euros going up. They sure earn it but tipping is not required. Finally, the staff was wonderful. The Greeks take hospitality very seriously and everyone at Cliff Side Suites made sure we had the best experience possible. If we come back to Santorini we absolutely plan to stay at The Cliffside Suites again.

This is the most amazing place to stay. I met up with my sister and they couldn’t do enough to offer us adjacent rooms, we were showed us all the best rooms to choose from and so I can say first hand how well designed and decorated each of the suites are. Each one is different, all having an amazing balcony sea view. Sia and her team of very friendly staff do everything they can to ensure your stay is the best. The breakfast every day consists of a plentiful variety of continental breakfast foods, as well as eggs, (cooked to order if you prefer, as I did) beans, continental sausage and bacon. There’s also a good choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cheeses. What more could you ask? Oh yes, that it is served with a smile. Thank you Alex and your team. As for the location of cliff side suites, it’s a 10 minute walk the flat route into Fira though it’s less picturesque than the coastal path which takes a little longer 15 to 20 minutes. In Fira you can easily catch the local buses to see more of the island. My favourite was the beautiful sunsets each evening from our balcony or from any of the local restaurants very close to the hotel. Yes there are lots of steps, but take your time they are manageable. I saw it as good daily exercise for me, but if you do have problems with walking you may struggle. However don’t rule it out, ring Sia at reception to see if they can assist. There are rooms with very few steps to navigate. 10/10 from my sister and I .

Very dissapointed with our balcony / terrace , we complained on our1st night about our room and room next door having to share the balcony , we were told we also had the terrace which was used by all on arrival and on departure from the hotel (not really ours) our balcony had 2 sets of chairs but the 3 people in next door decided 1 of our so called chairs was there's to use we had 1 chair in reality very uncomfortable also we did not want to cause a argument with the 2 couples who stayed there during our week , we loved the views they were fantastic , we never made any more complaints as we were told the hotel was full but I will not use jet2 for holidays anymore , I did complain to them jet2 holidays and waited over a month and not heard anything , we were in room 102 , breakfast was very poor but we still made the holiday work for us both would not go back there again , if you want views this is your place but do aldduck on your room
