Club Anastasia

Right where do I start ... we arrived at the hotel at about 1.30 am local time and were greeted at the reception with a smile we checked in and shown to our room by the bell boy very efficient and quickly excellent service. The next morning, we went down to the pool and was amazed that there were NO sunbed wars, plenty to go around for everyone without any issues. Food and drink at the Havana bar were all of good quality and reasonable price. The hotel has a spa, hairdressers, tattooist, and a jeweller all lovely people and don't harras you at all at any point of your holiday. The appartments are very spacious and clean and all have an under the counter fridge, kettle and toaster, they are dated but are a good standard nevertheless. Now the main part of the hotel, THE STAFF. Every single member of staff i came into contact with over the 10 nights I was there could not do enough for any of the guests there, from the cleaners, reception, tech guys, chef's,bar and waiting staff to animation team ( goat) managers, general manager, hotel owner and the guest relations DAWN really does go above and beyond for every single guest that walks through the hotel and there is nothing at all she will not help you with she really is worth her weight in gold and more. We have been lucky to stay in some fantastic 5 stars across the world over the years of me working as a travel consultant, but the anastasia workforce team make this accommodation what it is and you should all be very proud. Will we return most definitely

We’ve just returned home after the most incredible week at Club Anastasia and I’m already looking at dates to book our next trip back — that’s how amazing it was! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel like VIPs. Dawn is an absolute gem — so friendly, helpful, and always on hand with a smile and great advice. The Havana Club boys were simply fantastic, full of energy and always making sure everyone was having a brilliant time. A special shoutout to the entertainment dream team — Jon, Ozzy, and Ken! Thanks to them, we barely stepped outside the hotel. There was never a dull moment — poolside fun, dance-offs, games, and so much laughter throughout the day. And the evenings? Next level! The laser show was mind-blowing, and bingo nights were filled with non-stop giggles and good vibes. We honestly had the most unforgettable holiday. Club Anastasia has stolen our hearts and officially become our new go-to getaway spot.

AMAZING stay at Club Anastasia, could not reccomend this hotel enough. We paid for bed and breakfast and you had a good choice of food to choose from off the menu. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Entertainment staff were amazing at getting everyone up and involved. Also met the lovely Dawn who couldn't do enough for us. Overall the hotel is a really family friendly well run clean place to stay, not too far of a walk from the beach. Me and my family will definately be back. Thank you.

This is the second year my daughter and myself have came to Club Anastasia. I must say it’s the best hotel we have been to. The rooms are basic but clean and all you need as you don’t spend much time in them. The staff are lovely and for the entertainment team Jon, Ozzy and Ken they are brilliant and made our whole holiday. We just got back last night and totally devastated to be home. We will definitely be back xx
