Official Description

This holiday village is located on a quiet part of the coastline. Guests will find shops and other amenities in the nearest small town of Kizilagac, just 5 km away. Renovated in 2009, this holiday village complex is attractively built and consists of small blocks of accommodation units, spread throughout the pretty grounds. The pleasant lobby area has a small atrium with chandeliers suspended from the wooden beamed roof. Refreshments are served at the bar and restaurant and guests can enjoy the disco. The rooms are pleasantly decorated in a comfortable style and are housed in small villa-type blocks with wooden balconies. The gardens of this establishment feature a total of 3 swimming pools, including a children's swimming area and a castellated water slide. Guests can relax at the sauna and steam room or unwind with a SPA or massage treatment.

This Hotel Made Me Do Something I Never Do – Write a Review

I almost never write reviews, but this time I felt compelled. Like most people, we booked this hotel largely based on its high TripAdvisor rating. We were travelling with TUI and had a shortlist of three hotels that fit our dates and budget. A quick glance at the 4.5-star average for Club Hotel Felicia Village and we booked without a second thought. A week before we were due to go, we started reading some of the more detailed reviews — and honestly, we had a bit of a wobble. A few comments mentioned language barriers, screaming kids, and other bits that made us consider changing hotels altogether. But this experience just goes to show how misleading reviews can sometimes be. We couldn’t have been more impressed. The entire resort is immaculate — the rooms, gardens, pool areas, and dining spaces were all spotless and clearly very well cared for. There’s always someone sweeping, tidying, or maintaining the grounds, which gives the whole place a calm and well-run feel. The food was fantastic — plenty of choice at every meal, good quality, and always something fresh coming out. Even with a fussy eater in our group, there was never an issue finding something satisfying. The pool entertainment staff deserve a special mention — they were brilliant. Always upbeat, always trying to get people involved, and not in an over-the-top or pushy way. It’s not just about the kids either. A lot of the daily activities were geared towards adults, which was a really nice surprise. Things like aqua aerobics, darts tournaments, and pool games helped break up the day and made it feel like more than just a kids’ resort. Staff in general were friendly, professional, and helpful. English wasn’t always perfect, but that never became a barrier — if anything, it added to the charm. The mix of languages and cultures made the place feel warm and inclusive. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Honestly, we’re so glad we didn’t change our booking — Club Hotel Felicia Village exceeded our expectations in every way.

From a grumpy English man not easy to please

This review is written by someone who is not easy to please. We returned home from the hotel yesterday after a weeks stay, I was really dubious as an English family with all the revised id read. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean tidy and a very good set up, the staff are extremely friendly and I never waited more than 3 minutes for a drink at any point. Food - Like most AI hotels there was plenty of choice, whilst staying there was a Turkish night which was superb. Rooms- Spacious, clean and tidy with very good aircon. Entertainment- The team were fantastic inparticuar Ali ,Albert and Kadir. They were so many activities and the guys really worked hard to please everyone. I played volleyball, water polo and darts most days. Overall I'd definitely recommend the hotel, the only thing I'd change is that the evening entertainment that comes in isn't of the best standard but still enjoyable.
