Club Hotel Turan Prince World Select Villa

We went there at the end of October. There was too many of Russian tourists, so all staff members were speaking in russian with me even if I replied in English, don’t like it at all, that was very disrespectful👎👎👎 Then the show program was terrible, very boring and not everyday as another hotels do. The food was also bad, only deserts were tasty. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

If you have read negative comments about this hotel forget about them, they are written out of spite , there are some people you just can’t please, our oppinion of the hotel is a glowing report , yes it’s a big hotel and you can’t please everyone ,but we were very pleased with the good condition , staff, cleanliness, amenities , and we will certainly return

So on our last few days at hotel and reflecting on our time we booked 14 nights club duplex 2 bed and bathrooms the rooms are great if you get them on time. We arrived at 1 in morning technically second day of our holiday to be told no electricity so gave us a double room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had paid full price for first problem was at first we were took to the room then told duplex had no electricity we pointed out a double and a single wasn’t enough beds we eventually convinced them to bring us a bed which was a broken camp bed which my daughter fell through and ended up on mattress on floor but what was the chances turns out normal practice as others joining us 3 days later were told duplex was flooded even though all on 2nd floor and many brits in reception with same problem. So we decided to make most of holiday and forget it but seriously the receptionists are all miserable and lie bar staff in lobby bar are so rude and miserable it’s unbelievable front line staff so bad in contrast waiters and housekeeping and toilet cleaners smile and are happy. Facilities have been fab and entertainment until suddenly the entertainment stopped in amphitheatre and now sunbed chairs etc going pool snack bar was closed A La cartes in main restaurant even in select villas things are disappearing fast apparently closing Friday instead of end of month no note under door from hotel nothing although paid the same as last week it’s a liberty….. would I come again No would I recommend No and for food lovers not a patch on some hotels we have previously stayed in all same but wasn’t horrific. Transparency would have been the way to go poor management and lack of information final nail in this coffin the only saving grace is the company we are with the fun we are having despite hotels best attempts to ruin. Hopefully they take heed and sort out as it’s a beautiful place with huge potential just needs management to manage correctly

I would strongly urge you to book another hotel. There is absolutely no guarantee you will be given the room you have booked and paid for. I booked two room and was told I had an “upgrade” to a suite. When I refused this I was told there was a “problem”with the electrics. It took two days for us to be given the correct rooms.. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful, and don’t care that guests are not being given what they have paid for. Please look at the reviews on trip advisor, Facebook groups etc, this is a problem that has been going on all season, not a one off issue. Very bad start to a holiday - unable to unpack, wasting hours debating with reception staff and then spending time moving to a new room. Mealtimes are chaotic, cocktails are nothing like the standard you would expect in a 5* resort. My advice - spend your money elsewhere!

We Booked a duplex room arrived to be told they didn’t have any all British travellers the same who we spoke to took a day and half to get a duplex room we swapped with my son who also had to be moved put in a room that was tiny opening onto a roof top where my 5 year old granddaughter could walk out onto full of cigarette ash and butts .We booked 14 months ago so no excuse .Dont book a duplex if you have any walking difficulties as they have lots of stairs to get into. showers are nice and big can even be used if disabled bring a chair in from the balcony to use in the shower.air conditioning turned off mid October which is not in the brochure it was very hot in the rooms .Food in the buffet is awful little British choice unless you eat chips and pasta meat awful snacks are ok round the pool and patisserie . paid restaurants are much better so I’d advise to eat there unless you go into Side which costs 45 euros return food to eat out is expensive.slides are good for kids and adults and the pools.The entertainment is mainly towards other nationalities but you can find something to do .Shops on site not overall expensive and have nice owners There are shops 10 minutes up the road from the hotel .Overall I would not recommend this hotel because of the food and not getting your room the reception staff could not have cared less it took us 3 hours to eventually get a room to sleep in and we lost a day and half of our holiday .It was October half term I dread to think what it would be like peak season .
