Where do I start All the staff were amazing going out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We had gone on bed and breakfast but got uprated to lunch and drink package this was perfect for us we enjoyed lunch when we had pool days. This also allowed to eat out in the evening. We were near to lots of good restaurants and ate at different one’s just about every night. We did have dinner at the Coco Palms one night this was excellent with the impeccable service we revived all holiday. The room was super, looking over the pool and cleaned every day to a high standard. The pool was clean and safe. The area was safe to walk round with the lovely beach only a 5 mins walk. The marina is walkable in 20 mins and worth visiting. The street party is super do visit it . We booked a trip on a speed boat to sugar beach , waterfall, mud river and hotel chocolate. We booked this for $130 from Carlton at the far end of the beach well worth it. When at the hotel we got sun loungers with no problem and always noted that plenty were spare. We all got bit, not sure where but I used skin so soft every evening and only got bit in the day on the beach. If you have any doubt’s about booking I would go again in an instant. As we didn’t go AI I would suggest this is a great experience not like the larger hotels with the large buffets. With a waiter service and great food . Thank you for a fantastic stay!

What a lovely resort the Coco Palm is; the location is great for the beach (short walk) and some great eateries in the village. The staff cannot do enough to help. The rooms are immaculate and the pool area is great. We booked tours beforehand through Viator and a rum distillery tour with St Lucia Volcano Shuttle; but the hotel will be happy to organise for you when you arrive.

A Boutique Gem in St Lucia That Felt Like Home

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Coco Palm Resort in St Lucia, and although words hardly do justice to the experience, I will try to capture it here. We first discovered this wonderful boutique resort on YouTube, and it immediately caught our attention. As a family, we love travelling to different countries and immersing ourselves in local culture, often choosing boutique properties over large all-inclusive resorts so we can truly experience the destination. We were looking for accommodation that offered relaxation while still allowing us to explore St Lucia, and Coco Palm exceeded every expectation. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating our father’s 70th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the team created an unforgettable welcome with live music, refreshing rum and fruit punches, and a beautifully decorated room for my parents complete with birthday balloons, a card and a bottle of wine. The warmth and care shown by the staff immediately made us feel at home. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning poolside view to wake up to each morning. Claudine (Senior Operations & Revenue Manager) kindly arranged a complimentary lunch for us, allowing us to experience the full dining offering despite booking on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Breakfast was truly the highlight, a fantastic buffet filled with fresh, flavourful options showcasing delicious Creole cuisine. Coco Palm delivers everything you would expect from a larger resort but with the charm, intimacy, and comfort of a boutique property. The calm atmosphere, distinctive architecture, and weekend live music added a special touch that made our stay even more memorable. What truly sets Coco Palm apart is its people. Every member of staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family. By the end of our stay, we felt we had gained a home away from home in St Lucia. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Reduit Beach and close to Rodney Bay Marina, making it ideal for both relaxation and island exploration. Coco Palm is perfect for travellers seeking the best of both worlds: a peaceful place to unwind alongside easy access to experience the beauty and culture of St Lucia. To our Coco Palm family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this milestone celebration a trip of a lifetime. We cannot wait to return. Hidden Gem..Exceeded Our Expectations!

It's been a week since returning from Saint Lucia. Our stay at Coco Palm exceeded our expectations. A good friend who is from the island, recommended this hotel, so we cancelled a previous reservation, and booked Coco Palm instead. This was the BEST decision we made! Claudine is the heart of Coco Palm and she insured that all of our needs were met, and truly made us feel at home. We needed extra towels...they were delivered to our door within minutes. Our ceiling fan was making a clicking sound..this was repaired promptly. The food at Ti Banane restaurant was absolutely top notch, and better than any All Inclusive resort we have ever stayed at! The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our son has a list of life-threatening food allergies, and the wait staff took this very seriously, and ensured that the food was prepared carefully to keep him safe. A very special mention goes to Jan, she is a true gem and Coco Palm is very lucky to have her. She took such great care of us and always ensured my son had meals that were prepared according to his allergy restrictions. I would also like to mention Denise, she is a trainee at the restaurant, and has a heart of gold. She has a calm, caring nature, and really made us feel welcome. A shout out to our bartender Genil. He made the best drinks, was fast, and always had a smile on his face! Overall, I would without hesitation, recommend this resort if you like a smaller, boutique style layout that feels like home. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are bright and very clean, (special mention to Francisca who made sure our room was clean and pristine each day), and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! We are planning on returning in December..see you soon, Claudine!

Solo traveller my review

Location is perfect and convenient to beach , the shops, restaurants , shopping Malls etc.. had a very pleasant atmosphere around . My room I had was on ground floor very large & very clean very happy with it and would definitely request the same room on my next visit . As this was my first solo vacation to St Lucia I must say I felt very safe in and around the hotel . Only 1 negative part maybe try and send confirmation of taxi pick from arrival at airport at least 1/2 weeks in advance, as it helps put people’s mind at ease knowing well in advance.
