Awful hotel

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room smelt of damp. Maintenance issues all around hotel. House keeping not so good. Menu very basic no fresh fish on menu. No local supermarket. No ATM in walking distance. No street food in walking distance. No local beach. Have to have taxi everywhere.

Perfect location in changlong 10 min walk to fitness street . I stayed with my 14 year old son . The staff are amazing very friendly and helpful any informal tips trips they have you covered . Food 10 they have healthy options .Your washing can be done here too . Also rent a ped from reception . Patong walking street is 40 min by taxi nearest beaches 30 min depending on on what one . House keeping came in everyday to clean room . I left money on the side and passports for my stay with no problems . They go above and beyond at this hotel . Can’t wait to return. Definitely a Lille gem away from all the hustle perfect .

Peaceful and calm place to stay. We have a lovely few nights at coco retreat. Lovely big room. Three nice swimming pools with lovely gardens. Great helpful staff. Lots of healthy option to eat at restaurant. Everything we tried was really nice and fresh. Excellent smoothies. An all round lovely hotel.

Amazing stay at coco retreat

From start to finish me and my partner had an amazing stay. Clean and tidy hotel. Beautiful decor. Beautiful and clean swimming pools. All 3 of them. There is a restaurant which does beautiful food, this is at the back of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location near all the gyms etc. quiet part of phuket but close to the south which has beautiful scenery and beaches. Check out Rawaii!!!! Will 1 billion percent be returning to this hotel. Didn’t want to leave!

Very chilled stay for couples. The room had everything we needed and the restaurant and pool cafe were very reasonable with lots of healthy options. Very impressed! We rented a scooter from the hotel which was helpful for getting around. Would stay again.
