Coconut Bay Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Whether you are going for just a vacation with your family or spouse, getting married, honeymooning or having an event, Coconut bay beach and resort is the place I highly recommend! I recently hosted a marriage retreat at this hotel and from start to finish, working with Mia Chin and her staff was nothing but excellent! I have traveled around the caribbean to host retreats and I have yet to find a location that had the kind of professional service with care, consideration, love and joy! Yes the ambiance, entertainment, and food matters and they are great in those areas, but the service hands down was exceptional. They go above and beyond to make your experience one you cannot forget. In fact my husband and I are discussing going to just relax for a week in the near future so we can see more of the island. On top of everything We visited the Mud bath at the volcano and dipped in the waterfall, which was refreshing and amazing. St. Lucia is also very green, lush and beautiful, it's simply fantastic. I highly recommend you book your trip ASAP!! I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the following people who were instrumental in our stay being amazing! Best trip of our entire lives! We went here on a business trip and were worried because some of the reviews were unsure. But this ended up being one of the best trips of our entire lives! Our fav thing was obviously the lazy river and beach cabanas, the beach is a little confusing because when you step down onto the public beach the waves are rough so you actually have to walk about 5 mins up the beach where the water is super calm, it's safe and the water is clear. My suggestion is to take a golf cart and not walk because since it's a public beach, sellers are allowed to approach you. Our other favorite thing was the Jerk chicken tree house! Some of the best food I've ever had and open all day long. I didn't find out until half way through the week that you can actually get all sides on the same plate. Our favorite restaurant was the asian one upstairs. It was incredible! They didn't have dumplings the one night we went and wish they had them every day. We took our own private tour for the excursion and had Kerry who we HIGHLY recommend! He knew everyone on the entire island and we ended up doing like 5-6 excursions in one morning! We went to the pitons, two waterfalls, botanical gardens, local markets and the chocolate factory (do not recommend the chocolate factory). He also took us to meet the locals and get local fruit. He honestly should be manager at coconut bay he knows everyone and everything about that island. We also loved the outdoor dining nights, especially the country one. The ONLY downside is that we traveled with our son and the loud night was too loud and too late for him to sleep and wish we bought a loud sound machine because for some reason they put that music on the kids side! Kerry told us all about the owner of the resort and how much he cares about the locals. We saw it first hand and truly believe the owner is a great person. He rescues stray dogs and feeds them in the petting zoo until they recover, our favorite dog Lucy roamed the resort and was the friendliest puppy ever. There are also wild donkeys that roam the resort and are often by the back roads to the beach cabana and are super friendly. Jabari was our bartender several times at the beach cabanas (highly recommend getting them), and Jabari was amazing! We also had great experiences with Shakira, Bertha, Lawson, Emet, Joel, and Solange. Bertha was our favorite server by far in the dining room! We recommend getting reservations for the restaurants months before you arrive because they do fill up quickly. The best thing is to get fresh cut coconuts in the morning but they go quickly so we always asked our server. We loved all of the buffets except the breakfast buffet didn't have as many options as the lunch and dinner. The event of the entire week is the duck race! Definitely go if you have that time free because all of the kids are so happy and adorable. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 and we couldn't have been happier!

This was the 5th year anniversary of a family trip and we chose Coconut Bay as the location. 17 adults and 3 kids all under 4----I must say, Coconut bay Beach Resort and Spa had something for all of us. The food was delicious---there are about (4) restaurants outside of the main dining experience that is a buffet. Please do yourselves a favor and book these immediately upon arrival as reservations fill up quickly. There is a jerk hutt thats open daily from 12-5 that doesn't disappoint. There are activities going all day long---for kids, for adults, for everyone. The nightly entertainment was top notch- I was able to sing karaoke (both to a machine and a with a piano), we saw several great performances, I did my first silent party, and they even had a foam party that was fun. What really made this place special, however, was the staff. I made immediate friends with Kianda at the front desk--she was my daily "protector" and made sure my family and I were accommodated. She greeted me each day with a call and a warm smile. Tari, Brad, Neptune, Lester, Shakina, Ed, McPherson----day after day, folks met us, greeted us with a smile, with help, with warmth---they truly made it home away from home. And Tyron --he had a personality so huge that he made our trip pleasant just by being in his presence. He allowed us to hang up our tshirt representing home and let us leave a little piece of our family on the island. *pay attention to what the seaweed is doing---we did not realize how much there would be. You may want to take a day trip to another beach if this will present a problem 10/10 recommend this resort

The resort was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to make sure you had a great experience. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would recommend Coconut Bay for your next vacation.

My family (of 12) stayed here for 1 week. The whole family enjoyed their time here. In my room, my son slept on the pull out couch which he said was comfortable (but he is a 13 year old boy who doesn't need help sleeping). The room also had 2 double beds which were comfortable. The room temperature was adjustable and it has a fan. The food was delicious. They have a wide variety. The buffet changes every day so it's not repetitive. Ms. Mary makes excellent omelets. If you don't want the buffet, you have to make dinner reservations for the restaurants. Our favorite was Silk. We also went to Calabash and Trattoria which were also good. The Jerk Treehouse is open 12-5pm. If you like food spicy, this place is great. If you like coffee, you must visit the Coffee Café which is in the lobby. Stacii made amazing drinks! We enjoyed the 2 slides and lazy river. My daughter enjoyed the kids club which had various activities. There weren't enough kids for the teen club but my son easily found friends and enjoyed hanging out with them in the pool and in the teen lounge. They also had fun playing pool and table tennis. The resort also has a petting zoo with goats, donkeys, and chickens. They also happened to have a couple litters of puppies which they took excellent care of and we were allowed to spend time with them whenever we wanted. They are a non profit that takes care of them and couple adult dogs. The adult entertainment options are okay. About half of the sport activities in the schedule didn't happen. But the family activities were great as well as the night time entertainment.
