Incredible experience everything was well organised with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The view is amazing whether it's from your room's balcony or while swimming. The room has everything you need soap, shampoo and body lotion are spa worthy. Service is excellent all the staff in the restaurant and in receptionist are extremely helpful! Would highly recommend, I travelled there as a solo female and felt very safe!

We’ve just had a fantastic 12 night stay at the CODE Samui hotel. The hotel itself was great with a spacious 1 bedroom room overlooking the infinity pool with views of the sea. The room was well equipped with kitchen including fridge/freezer, excellent air conditioning, tv with loads of international channels, separate sitting area with large sofa, a bathroom with rain fall shower and a big balcony with seats. As we were there to visit our son who is travelling, the hotel accommodated an additional bed for only 10000baht per day (~£25/day) so he could stay with us. The restaurant was reasonably priced compared to outside restaurants but when we wanted to venture out, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the road at the beach (as the hotel is up a hill) which was no more than 10 mins wait. The infinity pool was great and the fitness area was superb with gym, plunge pool, sauna & steam room. The one thing that makes a great hotel excellent is the people and all the staff (housekeepers, waiters/waitresses, reception etc) clearly take pride in their jobs and it made our guest experience even better. Special mention to Lay, Da, Som and Ben who looked after us every day from breakfast through to dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back to Koh Samui and the CODE hotel. Loved everything about my stay at Code. The suites are spacious and stylish, with stunning ocean views. The pool is perfect, the gym is great, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff som, Benz, lay are super friendly and make everything easy. Such a peaceful spot but still close to everything. Perfect mix of luxury and value—I’ll definitely be back!

Firstly, I booked and paid for two rooms for myself and a friend for 2.5 weeks. When we arrived at the hotel, all the booking dates were mixed up. There was no room available for me, and their system showed that I had to check out 5 days earlier than planned. - The rooms are nothing special—just the same as everywhere else. - The second floor with the hedges is actually cozier than other areas. - The internet is very weak and often doesn’t work, and they haven’t resolved the issue despite complaints. - The staff is generally polite, but there’s one receptionist, a woman with an overly sweet smile, who waved me off before I could even finish asking about car rentals. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s far from luxurious and more like a mediocre 3-star experience. While the room isn’t exactly small, the furniture is arranged so poorly that it’s hard to move around. The placement of the sofa and TV is completely dysfunctional—you practically have to squeeze past them to get through. On Koh Samui, there are far better hotels. I’m genuinely surprised by the glowing reviews for this one—seems like people have no point of comparison. - There’s mold in the bathroom. - Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom—no hooks at all. - When it rains, all the cushions outside the rooms get soaked because they don’t bother covering them. - The gym is equipped with very minimal equipment - The breakfast is extremely basic—minimal options and no frills. It’s better to have breakfast at a nice café. ******* There isn’t a single reason to consider this hotel for next year. The experience was entirely unremarkable. Sonya T.

Very nice and comfy bed. The view is stunning. The breakfast that included is a bit disappointed but overall the place is great. Very quiet and private. You better rent your own transport since it is up on the hill top and quite difficult to travel around. But overall, if you just want to chill and relax in the hotel, this is one of the good place to stay.
