This place could be so much better!

It's a resort that with its surroundings and area you want to love more.. but some things really let it down. Good points: Found the staff really friendly, I am disabled so they helped my wife and myself. Pool area very nice and clean. Room itself had a new washing machine and beds and towels changed everyday except Saturday. Air conditioning is good. Shower excellent. Bad points: Beds seriously uncomfortable my wife was really upset at times. BIG PROBLEM. Smell of sewage. Kitchen appliances tripping, kettle and cooker on same circuit as fridge - if you come here move the kettle into the lounge if you are using the cooker at the same time. External families just coming in to use the pool - I complained and the chain admitted this has happened before and has warned the restaurant about this. Dated and furniture back from an era where I was not even born! Wi-Fi really bad and needs an upgrade from a 2.4Ghz wifi.. too much interference causes it to stop and start. Not enough power sockets. Sunbeds - some are broken and have big saggy areas where people have sat. Overall location is remote and shops are a distance, but an Uber will set you around 5 euro to get to shops or nearby carvoeiro or ferragudo. I was recommended to use bolt but too many drivers turn it down. Restaurant is ok some good drinks can't comment on breakfast.

Our spacious villa has its own pool with shower and a roofed, private gated entrance, a lovely garden and private car parking. There is also a brick built barbecue in front of the villas.
