My recent one-month stay in Bali was truly unforgettable, and a significant part of that experience was my time at COMO Uma Canggu. Having travelled extensively around the world, I don’t say this lightly — this hotel stands out as something genuinely special. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense that this wasn’t just a place to stay, but a place where people truly care about your experience. The team consistently went above and beyond, not in an overdone or scripted way, but with a natural warmth and sincerity that made me feel valued and at ease throughout my stay. The dining experience deserves special mention. The restaurant team showed an impressive level of attention and flexibility, always accommodating my preferences for healthy, tailored meals. It never felt like a standard menu — it felt personal, thoughtful, and crafted with care. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Lidya at the front desk. She is the kind of professional every great hotel hopes to have — attentive, genuinely kind, and exceptionally skilled in communication. Her presence made a real difference to my stay, and her willingness to assist with anything, no matter how small, did not go unnoticed. The wellness experience at COMO Shambhala Retreat Canggu was equally outstanding. The level of professionalism and care was remarkable. A special thank you to Komang, whose treatments — from massage to facial — were exceptional. Beyond the treatments themselves, her knowledge and thoughtful advice on skincare added a deeper level of value that I truly appreciated. What makes this place unique is not just the beautiful setting or facilities, but the people. There is a genuine sense of hospitality here that is difficult to find and even harder to forget. I leave with gratitude, great memories, and a strong intention to return.

i had an amazing 11-night stay at COMO Uma Canggu, truly one of the best hospitality experiences i’ve had. the service was exceptional from start to finish. a special thank you to wulan, arie, yoga, and ricky from guest relations for always being so attentive, warm, and helpful. they really made the stay feel personal and effortless. also a big shoutout to ulan and her team at the beach club, such a great vibe and incredible service every time we visited. what made our stay extra memorable was when i asked for help arranging a small surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. the team went above and beyond, they prepared a birthday cake and even sang for him, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. everything from the rooms to the atmosphere and service was flawless. highly recommend and i will definitely be back 🤍

Loved the Glow-restaurant. If you want to eat healthy, go here. I had a smoothie bowl, which was delicious, and I would like to try all their pastries, juices and salads as well. Everything looked fantastic, and the staff was awesome🙏🏼 (Ari in Canggu)🥰

Oceanfront Perfection in the Heart of Canggu

This is my second visit, and one of the reasons I keep coming back to Canggu during my trips to Bali. The location honestly could not be better, and the huge swimming pool will truly impress you. Everything is well taken care of, and the food quality is excellent.Simply sitting in the restaurant and looking out at the ocean is enough to make everything feel perfect.

Badly built hotel with zero charm

This hotel is very far from the airport and it takes 2 hours to get there in traffic. It is SO Overrated. I will never stay at a Como again. One restaurant and some swing seats,? So what. The room was in a poor condition with many badly made joins and issues. I didn't like this hotel and outside the shops are terrible and the footpaths awful. Its isolated on a dirty beach with only one restaurant. My travel agent talked me into it. A mistake. The food was good in the only pace you could eat at at least
