We had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment we arrived. Jose Luis greeted us with a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to tell us all about the city, including local spots to check out, restaurants to try, and even gave us tips on how to get around easily. His friendliness and knowledge really set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Thanks to Jose Luis and the wonderful staff, our trip was even more enjoyable than we expected. Highly recommend!

I travel for business regularly to San Juan, Condado Palm is my go-to hotel… it’s clean, comfortable, good value, and you can’t beat the location. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Looking forward to visiting again!

Our AirBnb was canceled. Jose saved our vacation! He put us in a 14th floor unit with a view of the ocean and very comfortable beds and pillows! The Condado is a wonderful hotel. The hotel is close to everything. We enjoyed delicious meals in and out of town thanks to Jose’s recommendations. The beach was a block away and we loved that they had a complimentary section with lounges, umbrellas, towels and water. The restaurant, pool, jacuzzi and gym were a nice addition. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning. There’s a Walmart across the street and a Casino around the block. There are many things to do within walking distance. If you want to stay in a lively area this is the place. Plenty of downtime on the beach or on a lounge by the pool as well. Old San Juan is minutes away by car and El Yunque is about a 30-40 minute drive. They have a parking lot (there is a fee) but definitely worth it for the convenience. Jose and the staff were all very kind and super attentive. The hotel is very clean. The citrus scent is a nice touch. The staff is professional and courteous. We had wonderful stay! Thank you!

Excellent property with a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The accommodations were modern and comfortable with great amenities.
