Conrad Koh Samui

We recently stayed at Conrad Koh Samui and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and luxurious. We stayed in one of the ocean pool villas – the view of the ocean from our private infinity pool was just breathtaking. Every evening, we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset right from our villa. Watching the sky turn shades of orange and pink while relaxing in the pool was something we’ll never forget. The resort also has a lovely beach area. It’s quiet, clean, and perfect for a peaceful walk or just lounging with a book under the palm trees. We had dinner at Azure Bar & Grill one evening and loved the relaxed vibe and fresh seafood. The food was delicious, and the setting by the water made it even more special. Breakfasts at Zest were another highlight. The spread was amazing every morning, but what really touched us was something small and thoughtful the staff did. One morning, they offered to take our photo using their phone. Within a few minutes, they surprised us by giving us printed copies as souvenirs. It was such a sweet and personal touch that made us feel truly cared for. We also had a chance to enjoy a traditional Thai dinner at Zest, which was full of rich flavors and beautifully presented dishes. The spa session we booked was super relaxing – a great way to unwind. Another unique experience was the coffee master class at Botannika, where we learned about brewing and even tried our hand at making some special blends. We also visited the resort’s iris farm, which was peaceful and beautiful – a great little escape within the resort itself. And we absolutely loved the Thai cooking class! It was so much fun to learn the recipes and cook authentic Thai dishes with the help of the friendly chefs. Overall, the service, the attention to detail, and the personal touches made our stay truly memorable. Conrad Koh Samui is a special place, and we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and care that we immediately felt at home. The staff were simply exceptional — attentive, kind, and always ready with a smile. Their heartfelt service added a personal touch to every part of our experience. A true highlight of our stay ( recommended by Marco the delightful GM) was Project Iris — the resort’s stunning farm that supports a large part of its operations. Walking through the lush grounds, we were amazed at how beautifully it blends sustainability with luxury. The team at the farm treated us like old friends, sharing their knowledge and passion with such grace. It was inspiring to see how much care goes into every detail — from the fresh herbs and vegetables grown on-site to the ethical practices that guide the project. Conrad Koh Samui is more than just a luxury resort — it’s a place where nature, hospitality, and thoughtful design come together to create something truly special. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a great resort for a relaxing vacation, exceptional accommodation, great food, beautiful swimming pools, attentive staff and the best Spa treatments you will experience anywhere in the world. It was our 3rd visit and the resort just gets better every year. A very well managed property with great attention to detail, from day one all the staff know your name, from day two they know your preferences - it takes no time to completely unwind and chill. Very hard to beat the package this resort offers.

We had the best time at the Conrad for my 40th birthday. Marco and the team looked after us every morning and planned our days for us over breakfast. Our daughter was able to play in the farm with the animals and crops. I was able to jet ski solo around the surrounding islands. This place and the staff are perfect. 10/10.

เราเข้าพักที่คอนราด สมุยช่วงสงกรานต์ที่ผ่านมา เป็น 4 วัน 3 คืนที่จะอยู่ในความทรงจำของเรา • ทางขึ้นรีสอร์ตอาจจะชันสักหน่อย แต่เมื่อมาถึงข้างบน วิวห้าเกาะ สวยสะกด สมกับที่เฝ้ารอ • วิวในโรงแรมสวยทุกจุดทุกมุม ตั้งแต่ชั้นบนสุดของหน้าผา ลงมาจนถึงชายหาดและpier • เราพักที่ Two Bedroom Family Pool Villa แม้รีสอร์ตจะเปิดมาหลายปี แต่ในวิลล่ายังดูแลอย่างดีไร้ที่ติ มีความหรูและขลังที่สัมผัสได้จริงๆ Amenity ของ Byredo ก็ดีมากๆ • มีกิจกรรมให้ทำทั้งวัน ตั้งแต่เช้าจนเย็น ยันดึก สามารถอยู่ในรีสอร์ตได้ทั้งวันแบบไม่มีเบื่อเลย Staff nice ทุกกิจกรรม - สอนทำยาดมและลูกประคบอย่างสนุกสนานเป็นกันเอง โดย K.Zye และ K.JIB - พาโยคะริมหาดแบบดีมากๆ โดย K.เล็ก (แอบเสียดายที่ไม่ได้เรียนอีกวันเพราะฝนตอนเช้า) - ได้ขี่เจ็ตสกีครั้งแรกในชีวิต โดย K.หน่องเชียร์มันมาก จนกล้าขี่ไปจนถึงเกาะห้า haha • ประทับใจการบริการจากพนักงานทุกคน - K.Cherlyn ดูแลเช็คอินและพาไปห้องพัก - K.PP ดูแลอย่างดีที่ห้องอาหารเช้า - K.Hely Liu เจอที่บาร์ ดูแลเอาใจใส่ดีแม้จะเป็นแค่การรอรถบักกี้ (เพิ่งรู้ทีหลังว่าเป็นถึงระดับmanager) - K.แหม่ม ดูแลให้การเข้าพักตลอด3คืนนี้จบอย่างhappy ending - แม้แต่คุณผู้ชายที่น่าจะเป็น Hotel Manager ยังอาสาขับรถบักกี้จากชายหาดขึ้นมาส่งเราที่วิลล่าด้วยตัวเอง - รวมถึงพนักงาน แม่บ้าน เบลบอย บักกี้ คนสวน รปภ. ยิ้มแย้มทักทายเราทุกคนและทุกครั้งที่เจอจริงๆ น่ารักมากๆ • วันที่เราไปถึง มีงาน Songkran Beach Dinner จัดงานได้น่ารักมาก บรรยากาศดี ประทับใจ แม้ราคาจะสูงมากเมื่อเทียบกับอาหารที่ได้(บุฟเฟต์อาหารไทย)และรสชาติ(ไม่ค่อยอร่อยนัก) แต่ก็เข้าใจได้ว่าขายต่างชาติ เราคนไทยอาจจะไม่ตื่นเต้นและไม่ถูกปากเท่าไหร่ • อาหารเช้าถือว่าใช้ได้ lineอาหารไม่เยอะมากนัก รสชาติก็ตามมาตรฐาน แต่ขนมหวานและกาแฟอร่อยมาก • มีปัญหาเล็กน้อย 2 อย่างระหว่างการเข้าพัก แต่ทางโรงแรมรับเรื่องไว และจัดการได้อย่างมืออาชีพ เป็นทริปที่ประทับใจมากที่สุดทริปหนึ่ง จนต้องมาเขียนรีวิว ไม่ผิดหวังเลยที่เลือกพาครอบครัวมาพักที่นี่ สมราคาทุกบาททุกสตางค์ หากมีโอกาสได้กลับมาสมุยอีก จะกลับมาพักและมาชม The best Sunset ever ที่ Conrad Koh Samui อีกแน่นอน With love, Villa 502
