Third Stay at Copal Tulum — Still Amazing

This was our third time staying at Copal Tulum, and it continues to be one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Tulum. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel completely taken care of. One thing we love is that the hotel connects you with their concierge team through WhatsApp, so if you need anything during your stay — reservations, transportation, excursions, food, or help around the property — they respond quickly and make everything easy. I also want to say that I felt very safe during our stay, especially traveling from Nashville, Tennessee. The property is peaceful, well-managed, and the team is always present and attentive. A special shoutout to Eddy and the team at Copal Gastro Restaurant. The service there was incredible. We ended up eating there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days because the food was so good and the staff takes such great care of you. They truly wait on you hand and foot and make every meal feel special. Between the beautiful property, attentive staff, great food, and relaxing atmosphere, Copal continues to be a place we look forward to returning to. We’ll definitely be back again!

Fantastic experience. Victor and Claudia made sure I was well taken care of. Very close to downtown, both restaurants are excellent and a 24 hour front desk makes late nights less stressful. Would stay again in a nanosecond.
