Couples Tower Isle All Inclusive

For the most part it is a very nice experience. The staff is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I can't name a favorite because they are all my favorite. However, we are now on Day 4 of no hot water. Four days of cold showers at this price point is not acceptable. Would have rated higher if I could take a hot shower.

Just returned from a week at Couples Tower Isle. One of the best Caribbean holidays we’ve had. As with a few reviews the rooms could do with a bit of an update, (we were in building 5), but it was spotless with a great view out to the ocean. Everything else was amazing, choice of restaurants and quality of food, utterly superb staff, too many to name. The team running the water sports were great fun when we went either on the glass bottom boat or the repeated snorkelling trips we did. Thank you so much for making my special birthday so great

Went for two weeks in February. We loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly. We were offered a drink whilst we were checking in which was nice after travelling for 13 hours. Our room (4413). The room had a view over the swim up bar with the island in the background we spent many happy early evenings on our balcony with a glass of bubbly enjoying the view. The housekeeping staff were fantastic and so friendly it was nice getting to know them. We were able to stock up our mini bar everyday either through the app or directly with the guys who came round, offering us whatever we wanted including large bottles of rum😉 the staff in all the restaurants couldn't do enough to make us happy. The bar staff equally were so good even making up cocktails with drinks we liked. Bushwacker was absolutely amazing be warned very strong though. The woman in the swim up bar was my favourite though always greeting us with a hug. If you're looking for a luxury adults only holiday I would definitely recommend Couples Tower Isle. Thank you ❤️

First time all inclusive and was great. Food and drink of great quality overall. Hotel and room very clean at all times. Work being done for leaks and general damage from hurricane and general age of the property. Very much liked the age of the propety, felt real and has a soul. There is enough glass, marble and bling in all new hotels. Loads of staff, excellent value, give it a go, relax and go with it

A two week break for two celebrating various milestones found this delightful looking hotel. The big attribute is the approach of the staff and this interaction is a highlight as can be seen with the multiple year (or decade) returners. Adults only with access to a beach - not the biggest but direct access to the sea as well as having various, weather and waves permitting, sea based activities. Based outside Ocho Rios the hotel is easily accessed by main road but the downside is the road noise that can be heard particularly from the 'activity pool' area. Rooms are clean and tidy with a range of prices. Some comments indicate the rooms may be tired and in need of refreshing but the room we had in Block 3 was bright, clean and tidy with a lovely view towards the island and a fair view along the coast. If we are to return (we would love to) this would be the block we would have. There are a number of restaurants with a changing menu over, it appears, a fortnightly period. With the option to have 1 visit every 5 days (via the in house QR code and app) this may not be enough for some. Bayside is a delight based at the end of the resort and is over the waves. Food is lovely. 8 Rivers is based in the main part of the hotel and is a 'fine dining' approach - probably some of the best staff interaction. Opposite is the Veranda a first come first served semi-fine dining. Any of these are a delight the only comment would be the limitation of the menu so that really one would only wish to go once a week. Not all of them are open all the time. The main buffet restaurant is adequate although appears small in range but does provide enough choice for the 3 dining times. It holds a 'gala dinner' and a celebration of Jamaican food night which are good to visit. It is also the venue that has inconsistencies regarding matters such as when you get hot drinks - can be slow with hot drinks. It also seems odd that a high quality hotel needs people to retain cutlery if, for example, they require a knife for buttering toast having had a main breakfast etc. Wine across all establishments is drinkable. There is a separate charged list should it be required. Cocktails are available both from a list (do ask for the list but Bob Marley appeared a good starter) as well as most regular cocktails. Issue is that sometimes there may be no mint for mojitos or banana for 'dirty banana' and so on Bayside and 8 Rivers restaurants have dress codes. My experience is that this shouldn't matter as it is not enforced. Either get rid of the dress code or enforce it or change it to what is acceptable. Shorts being worn where the dress code is long trousers should have led to the guests being requested to return appropriately dressed. Gripe is the In Room Dining. Breakfast is not bookable via the app for the day of checkout - a great pity as this would be a great offer. Breakfast and All-Day dining is limited but sufficient however the evening dining amounts to fish and chips which is also included in the all day dining. Stick with the allday dining option if you fancy eating in the room or on the balcony (breakfast on the balcony was lovely) Rooms are the usual bedroom with bathroom and a nice dressing room. The balcony was large and could take 4 easily if you have a larger party and wish to socialise. There are separate spa villas which may be your thing as they have almost everything so don't need to mix with the rest of the hotel guests if you don't wish Cleaning of the room was generally OK. We did have issues such as providing whitener for coffee (for some reason no milk for tea) when it has been used is should not require reporting to reception and should be done as part of the housekeeping routine. Towels, face cloths, floor mats in bathroom all have their number of items required therefore they should always be there and not missing 1 or more items as we experienced. There is a small shop that can provide the necessary souvenirs, hats, wraps etc Don't be afraid to ask...the responses are generally positive or they may know a person who can. Use the onsite tour concierge for trips out. Use the water sports guys for the various coastal trips, snorkelling or scuba (depending on your qualification) they are knowledgeable of their field. Recommendations: 1 Use the restaurants they are different and good 2 Use the water sports team 3 Get the best room you can but block 3 is delightful. 4 Enjoy the in room dining
