One of the best in Cozumel

Been here in number times usually in December or March we came in May because it was much less crowded and not so many kids, but the weather was much hotter. Love this resort it's very small and quaint and personal. It's been newly remodeled and everything feels new and fresh. There are four restaurants Italian Mexican Japanese and steakhouse all very good but you need to be particular on what you select, because some items are better than others. I come for the scuba diving which is included in the resort credits that you may get. Would like to give high regards to some of the staff who made this an incredible trip...Rocio, Victoria, Izair, Natalie,Chef H , Laura, Carnitas and Gilbert all in food and beverage. All staff were excellent, always with a greeting, and 'its a pleasure'.

Amazing week at Cozumel Palace

The resort is beautiful and the beds are so comfy. The staff was exceptional especially Perla and Naomi by the pool. Alejandro, Raul and Rodrigo are fantastic bartenders! Miguel was wonderful every morning at breakfast. The resturants and dinners were so nice and the service is the best. We had a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back.

Excellent service!! The room and view of the ocean were beautiful!! The food was delicious in all five restaurants. The service by the staff is outstanding!! The Spa treatments, manicure, and pedicure are also amazing. Areti was the girl who gave me all the spa treatments. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I give her a 10😀 Request to have Areti if you go there!!! David and Nina, thank you for making my stay at Cozumel Palace such a pleasure. Outstanding customer experience 👏.

Cozumel Palace Repeat Visit!

We have been coming to the Cozumel Palace for over 12 years! This was one of the best trips ever! The renovations done have elevated this hotel to a resort that superb! The Gondola restaurant with Ivan at the helm, Victoria serving and Martha as hostess is amazing! Truly our favorite!

Great place to come and relax , rooms are luxurious, customer service excellent, Dining is fantastic.Super nice staff . Room service , cleaning outstanding! Highly recommend!Food is so good, plenty to do at hotel , plus across street is a big department store has everything including souvenirs, tequila, no need to leave area !
