The hard sales is far too much

The resort is nice, but very small. Not many restaurants and I didn’t realize there wasn’t a beach. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room location wasn’t great, despite our “honeymoon suite” upgrade. We were above one of the outdoor restaurants which resulted in a loud fan and the never ending smell of cooking/grilling meat. The hard sales for the membership is overwhelming…. Even up to the point of check out. They don’t understand the concept of NO. Honestly it’s way too much and makes me not want to return to any Palace resort just for that reason. We come here to vacation and get away from the hustle & bustle of life…. This is an added stress we don’t want or need.

Great customer service, will not regret!

Service is superb, very customer service based. All restaurants have unique, tasteful, and wide variety of dishes. One of many reasons we keep coming back! Jesus, Efrain, and Carmita in Momo are great and tend to you. Antonio the supervisorin Bugambilia has great customer service, and very informed on the dishes he serves, you would think he was the chef! Perla, the pool side waitress keeps the drinks coming too! Zero complaints for anybody else on staff.

Momo is the best!

Cannot cannot cannot recommend this place enough. Everything has been wonderful - the room, the service, the scuba diving, the pool, the food and drinks, all of it - but the standout has been dining at Momo. Out of 7 nights we came here 5 times. The food is incredible, such a great value, and the service is top notch. Victoria is the best, she was our waitress 4 of the 5 times we dined here and we love her. So attentive, she remembered my nut allergy, and was super funny and kind Also shout out to Jesus, Juan, Jonathan, Carmita, and Efrain - seriously so great. Back home this would be such a top class experience and it’s amazing that it’s included right here. THANK YOU!

The all inclusive is amazing. Such gold star experience from the room service to the onsite diving. Momo’s is so good and we went almost every night. Unlimited sushi is such a cool perk. Victoria, Jose, Jonathan, Jesus and Efrain did an amazing job and we were obsessed with the service.
