The city center can be reached in approximately 10 minutes via public transport and Antalya Airport is 30 km away. Excellent Family Stay – Perfect Winter Getaway We stayed at Crowne Plaza Antalya from 1 to 4 January for a family vacation with our kids, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well organized. What made our stay special—especially in winter—was the indoor swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved. It was warm, spacious, and perfectly maintained, allowing the children to enjoy swimming every day regardless of the weather. All facilities were family-friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, suitable for families, and the overall service was professional and welcoming. Staff were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views, and everything felt well managed and smooth throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect short family holiday, and we left with great memories. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Antalya for families, especially during the winter season. We will definitely come back again.

The reception staff were very friendly when we arrived and check in was straight forward. The hotel appears great in the communal areas. The rooms are tired and clearly have not been redone in a good few years. They would be acceptable if marketed as a 3* but it certainly doesn’t warrant 5* as claimed. There is games area in the cellar with pool and table tennis etc. the spa is also based down there with a shop and hairdressers. The outdoor pool was immaculate and very quiet so nice to use. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice. Bar area was pretty soulless. Parking attached to hotel at no cost. I’m not sure I’d return, there are plenty of alternative hotels locally that are cheaper and in better condition.

First of all I want thank the guy at reception with glasses Walking off the street after we had to leave our original hotel due to filthy and smelly rooms (pearly) we came to this hotel and instantly regretting why we didn’t book this hotel earlier. Staff were very helpful throughout our time Very nice rooms. We took the junior suite with the jaccuzi balcony looking onto the beach and mountains Hotel is very clean and nice pool area open all night if you want to relax Location is amazing and close to attractions Breakfast was good Only downside was the tv a little outdated I would still definitely recommend.
