Rooms: 4/5: smell for two nights, couldn’t sleep, has to be more spacious, could be cleaner. Other than that beds are comfy, water is working, everything else is ok. Buffet: 4/5: some days good, some days bad. The first day the pancakes tasted like cardboard! Staff: 4.5/5: Thanks to Ms Reem (Manger), Ms Celine (Concierge), Mr Osman (Manager) , Mr Mohamed (Bellboy) However housekeeping lady was inattentive and did not listen fully to our requests. Overall: 4/5

Not a 5 star hotel and don’t recommend…

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Antalya last week and unfortunately, my experience was far from the 5-star standard advertised. Realistically, this hotel is closer to a 3-star at best. Rooms: The rooms were basic, worn down, and lacked essential amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel — no shower cap, nail file, or cotton wool pads. Housekeeping was inconsistent and poor; the room never felt properly cleaned, and I don’t think the floor was mopped at all during my stay. The beds were uncomfortable, and to top it off, my AC started leaking water on my last night. Facilities: While the lobby looked impressive and gave a 5-star first impression, the rest of the hotel felt outdated and in need of maintenance. I specifically booked this hotel for the advertised two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), but the indoor pool experience was ruined by staff with an unfriendly, unwelcoming attitude. They actually told my children to be quiet, not to splash, and not to play — which makes no sense for a family on holiday, especially as we chose the indoor pool over the outdoor one for them. Entertainment: There was also a game centre, but when we asked to use it, the staff seemed visibly annoyed, as though it was an inconvenience for us to want to play. Customer Service: Across the board, the staff lacked basic customer service skills. From the pool staff to those serving breakfast, the attitude was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. This hotel desperately needs to invest in proper customer service training for all staff members. Overall: The Crowne Plaza Antalya may look nice in photos and has an attractive lobby, but the service, room quality, and overall experience do not match the 5-star rating. I left feeling disappointed and would not return or recommend it to others expecting a luxury stay.
