“This city hotel is located on the beautiful and longest beach in Antalya. Property and rooms are totally renovated in 2020. The city center can be reached in approximately 10 minutes via public transport and Antalya Airport is 30 km away. The air-conditioned hotel, located directly on the beach, offers guests a choice of different facilities and room types, including luxury rooms, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Antalya and would especially like to thank Rim from the Guest Relations team. She was incredibly informative, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Our check-out experience was seamless thanks to her professionalism and efficiency. The hotel itself is fantastic, with great facilities and a very comfortable atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment, from the amenities to the overall service quality. A special thanks again to Rim for her outstanding support—she truly made a difference in our experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Antalya was overall average. The hotel feels quite dated, especially the room furniture—some drawers were nearly falling apart and clearly need refurbishment. We stayed as a family of three, but the daily water provision was limited to just two half-liter bottles, which felt insufficient. Additionally, there was no bellboy service available, so we had to manage our luggage ourselves, even with heavy bags. The breakfast was quite underwhelming. Most of the food, including eggs (omelettes, scrambled, and fried), was served cold, which was disappointing. That said, the location is undoubtedly a highlight—right across from the beach with easy access, and the mountain views are beautiful. However, apart from the location, the overall experience was just okay. Even the lift didn’t inspire much confidence, as it felt like it could break down at any moment.

Happy Family Stay | Appreciate RIM from FO

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Antalya for three nights from 17th to 20th February with our family, including our two children, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were extremely polite and professional. A special mention goes to RIM, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She truly stood out for her professionalism and warm attitude, making us feel valued and comfortable from the very beginning. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We were fortunate to have sea view rooms, which were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant family holiday experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended, especially for families.
