Surprising Gem of a Boutique Hotel

The cutest hotel in Mid Beach Miami! I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a small, boutique hotel and the rate I paid for one night was pretty reasonable for a hotel just one block from the beach. It did NOT disappoint! The lobby is adorable, the rooms are lovely (beds were great), and the rooftop lounge is AMAZING. What a view! And to top it off, guests get free drinks at Happy Hour. Highly recommend for a night or two in Miami Beach.

Has gone downhill!

Stayed in the penthouse suite - my 3rd trip to this hotel. It was excellent last year but has gone downhill. The shower fixtures in the shower did not work - the water was either scalding hot or cold. The mattress needs to be replaced - no support whatsoever. The restaurant was horrible - ate there 2x - both times had to send food back - numerous people sending food back at dinner. They overcharged me $134 at check out! - was supposed to be the $30 resort fee but charged me $168!!!! Make sure you check your credit cards after your stay!!!!!!

Great small art deco hotel on Collins Street South Beach Miami. Just a few miles from the busy south beach area. Easy uber or bus ride to busy areas. This hotel has a great pool and friendly Tavern for drinks and food. Staff are super friendly and professional. Rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable. Nice decor touches

Not bad could be better

I was going to give 4 stars for this hotel, But breakfast ruined my review. But staff saying that the restaurant is not run by them, is not much of an excuse , I’m sure the two management teams can discuss issues. The standard of the breakfast was poor, the quality, I had similar elsewhere and the standard, Eggs Benedict was far better. And another hotel in south beach , gave a whole buffet breakfast for $25, which was Hilton Quality. But what really did it for me with breakfast, I was on holiday relaxing and the waitress kept coming over to me every 10 minutes asking for money, payment for the horrible breakfast. I was on vacation, I was not running off anywhere Absolutely appalling behaviour, you need to train staff. The actual hotel was nice , hotel staff were helpful, rooms were nice. My advice to management is ditch the restaurant and make your own buffet breakfast. My love for south beach hotels is strained because of the resort fees, and in return you get bad service , that’s why I sometimes stay in down town or brickell without the resort fees. Overall not a bad hotel , room for improvement, get rid of the restaurant it’s ruining your reputation
