We stayed at the hotel for a week. First of all, we tried to contact the hotel the day before our arrival to arrange an early check-in. Unfortunately, it was impossible to reach the hotel by phone — both before and during our stay. They only respond via WhatsApp. The rooms are renovated, but not completely. The bathrooms are old. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms or rooms, and there is a noticeable sewage smell. The entrance doors are not airtight — there are literally holes in them. Room cleaning is at a very good level. The food, however, is very poor. There is a lot of it, but everything tastes the same and lacks flavor. On the positive side, we had no stomach problems during our stay. A major downside is the quality of the coffee in the restaurants — it is drinkable only in the café. In all other places, the coffee is terrible. The restaurant staff at lunch and dinner are only concerned with clearing tables; during the entire stay, we were asked only once if we wanted something to drink. The drinks (cocktails) are of good quality. A major negative point is the parties held at the hotel until 11:30 p.m. The rooms are not soundproofed, the windows and entrance doors are not sealed, which makes it impossible to sleep before 11:30 p.m. We were traveling with a newborn, who had trouble falling asleep — and so did I. It is incomprehensible that beach towels must be taken from the rooms; they are not available on the beach. The pool water is not heated. The temperature displayed on the board does not reflect reality — it showed 26°C, but in fact it was 21°C. The water is too cold for children; the sea was warmer — about 25–26°C. Water sports — the prices are completely unreasonable. Jet ski for 15 minutes costs €100. I have never seen such prices anywhere. And no, the jet skis are not better — contrary to what they claim — than in other resorts. In any case, the 4.7 Google rating is completely inaccurate. The à la carte restaurants are a joke — in reality, they serve the same dishes to everyone. Only the seafood restaurant is worth recommending. The service there is excellent — they serve what they have, and they do it very well. This is not a five-star hotel — three stars at best. The hotel is clearly targeted at Russian clientele. The staff addresses everyone in Russian. In conclusion — I do not recommend this hotel. The price does not match the quality.
