This hotel is ideally located near Faliraki amidst lush gardens and is about 1.2 km from the nearest beach. Guests will reach Rhodes Town in around 14 km, the airport in 18 km, around 20 minutes by car. At around 600 metres guests may find several local restaurants, bars and shops. The air-conditioned hotel offers all facilities and amenities necessary for a pleasant holiday. Cyprotel Animation team the best

Just back from Cyprotel Faliraki and loved it. The Animation team are amazing! They truly made the experience for us building a lovely bond with them they even came to see us off. Can't praise Emile, Maradona, Spider, and Emir enough can't wait to go back!

We have just arrived home from cyprotel hotel all I can say is it was a brilliant family holiday the food was great the rooms we clean staff very friendly and give big credit to the amination team they were brilliant hard working made us feel welcomed from the start of our holiday spider,Emilie (el matador) emir,Alexis maradona ,Cristiano,Melissa,yealle,Melina,Liliana the shows were very good well organised and anything we wanted they did nothing was too much trouble my son had his 17th birthday there they sang to him on the bridge he loved it and they made him feel comfortable doing the activities with them he has learning problems and suffers with anxiety but everyone made him feel at ease and he loved joining them in the activities we will definitely book to come again and again a big thankyou to the animation team you were great made our holiday alot more enjoyable they also signed my daughter's t-shirt she bought from hotel and were always up for photos

I can’t even describe how amazing the staff were and the hotel and the animation team deserve way more than what they get they are so funny and so talented it’s unreal there are definitely many activities and many things to do around the hotel you would never be bored even just chilling on the sun beds with the amazing view is more than enough the food is incredible and very unique i mean cake for breakfast who can go wrong i absolutely loved this for my first time abroad properly i would definitely recommend you can also buy a custom top from the hotel !!!!

All inclusive family holiday

Overall, venue was clean and tidy and had activities throughout the day and evening to keep you busy. A special mention goes to Panagiotis who was excellent in adminstering first aid to a foot injury I receieved. Also, whilst off duty, Panagiotis took time out to help our adult daughter who felt much better after following his advice. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend for a family holiday.

Lovely hotel, you get what you pay for!

Me and my boyfriend have just got back from this hotel and after reading the reviews before we went we were super stressed when we didn’t need to be. We paid just over £300 each for 4 nights and feel as though we absolutely got what we paid for. The rooms are perfectly fine, everyone saying they’re ’horrible and dated’ clearly expected a 5* resort for the price they’ve paid they’re standard and fine, beds are super comfy and you get a nice little balcony. Just beware our room only had one normal plug and one for the tv so bring an extension! The food is fine, it changes everyday for the types of things they do like one day it’ll be beef lasagna, next it’ll be beef stir fry strips etc. the only thing is nothing is labelled apart from what meat it is so you kind of waste stuff picking it and not liking it. There’s always pizza and chips and the mini puddings were very nice. Breakfast was always the same but there isn’t much else you can do for breakfast and the snack bar always changed. I did see some reviews about getting poorly but me and my boyfriend ate everything and we have been absolutely fine so I guess it depends on the person. They have little donut things and ice cream available in the middle of the day too which were really good. Staff are more than helpful and will do anything for you, if you need a taxi anywhere you just ask them they’ll tell you how much and it’ll arrive literally 2 minutes later, there’s also buses etc running from the hotel to places like Anthony Quinn bay and Rhodes town etc which are super reasonably priced. However if you walk to the bottom of the hill there’s a bus stop and number 15 goes to Rhodes for 2.50 just make sure you have cash. Pools are super clean just a bit cold but you get used to it, the sun beds were never muddy and we have literally just been there so reviews like that are nitpicking as 99% of the sun beds are absolutely fine. The drinks are obviously not branded but the orangeade is kind of like fanta and really nice. Cocktails are very sweet but still good and again you can ask for less grenadine if you think they’re too sweet but people would rather just moan. All in all our only issue was once the cleaner had forgotten to lock our door but luckily we went back after breakfast, the hotel were very apologetic and it never happened again but just wanted to pop it in here so people can be wary.
