Mang Sri from Nari Spa is absolutely exceptional. Her service to detail is impeccable. Every time I stay at this motel she gives me the best massage and beautiful hair Services. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is very professional and such a lovely person. It makes me look forward to coming to this complex just because of her Service. Thanks again Mang Sri ❤️🙏

The food and staff were lovely

Our hotel stay was incredible. The food was fantastic, the pool and spa area was very accessible and the staff were absolutely fantastic. We particularly made friends with Benny, Rina, Gusti and Aditya. They were extremely helpful and kind when we didn't understand something and they made our stay feel even more welcoming.

What can i say. The most friendliest staff we have ever met, every single member made sure that your stay was enjoyable. But the one member that stood out was Oka, wow, his personal skills with All the clients was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is going through some minor refurb in the bar/pool area( much needed) but the staff made it easier for you. The hotel itself is well located with many bars/restaurants very close. Its clean and well presented, the food was good , free shuttle to the closest beach and shopping center. We would like to thank all the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again , if not just for the way they all look after you . Thank you again Oka, you will always be in our memory for the way you looked after us. mister Robert and miss Julie from wales.

Amazing staff, great location and facilities

My friends and I spent a couple of weeks at the hotel and location, facilities and service were fantastic. Specially at the restaurant all member of the staff really looked after us very well. Specially wanted to mention Oka, Benny, Rina, Ella and puka. They all treated us very well and also on a very friendly and welcoming way. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Bali! Jose.
