It was ok but for the money we paid, we expected it to be a little cleaner and better maintained.

The shower was mouldy and hard to get temp right. Room service was over an hour when we were told it would be 20 minutes, shuttle bus was good. Lots of loose timber around the pool and it could do with some maintenance. Staff were great to deal with.

We had a excelent stay at De Vin Sky Hotel , the hotel was perfect so at the room and the other facilities but the highest point was the excelent stuff att roof bar. Eka, Rina, Oka ,Edi and Telaga give us an super service with they everyday working, it makes us feel so good and appreciated, also Edi at the shuttle who take us everyday to different point with a big smile. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we owe it all to the incredible team who made us feel so welcome and cared for every step of the way. Eka, Rina, Oka, Benny, Ady and Telaga at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm smiles, always helpful, friendly kind service, and attention to detail made our experience extra special. They always created such a relaxing atmosphere during our stay. Thanks for that! A big thank also to Ady from the shuttle service. He was always punctual, super friendly, and made getting around easy and stress-free. Lovely little gem of a hotel near all the fun spots in the Petitinget area of Semiyak. The staff is amazing (especially Oka at the rooftop bar, who made my time extra special). They have a vibey sunset rooftop with great bar food available around the pool. Great place to stay if you're visiting the Seminyak/Kuta area and planning to check out the day parties and nightlife in the area (Potato Head, Klymax, W Hotel, Woobar, Ms Sippy, Mirror, etc).
