I booked this hotel and after reading the reviews I was thinking of canceling but did not for which I am glad the hotel turned out to be a good choice the staff [which had some very negative reviews] were very friendly and helpful and not as some had said were rude. The room that we had was a pool access room which was very comfortable and clean it is right next to Otop Market and very quiet. A short walk to the southern end of the Patong beach. My only problem was the breakfast [eggs and bacon] were not hot but when asked they would cook me eggs to my liking and reheat the bacon which actually cooked it more to the way I like it. As i have said it is right next to Otop with its bars and eating places and about a 20min walk to Bangla Rd. If you are thinking of coming to Phuket I do not think that you can go far wrong booking this hotel I strongly recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay but not too far away from everything.

The best service at this hotel , nothing is a problem . Hotel is well kept and clean . Lots of sun beds the only downside is they don’t walk around and take orders at the pool . The pool is lovely and big , rooms modern and clean , beds comfy but the pillows were to high and firm for us but they changed them with our a problem . Nice location 1 street back form beach and easy walking distance to Bangla road . Otop markets is next door and has plenty of food options and money exchange . You do get the noise from the bars at the Otop market at night you hear the thumping of music but that doesn’t bother us , we were on that side of the hotel room 414 , if you don’t like noise then I recommend requesting the other side away from the Otop . Breakfast was next level I’ve never seen such a selection of food .

We had a lovely stay here! The staff were so friendly, we were greeted with welcome drinks, our room was decorated beautifully because it is our honeymoon I was unwell one day and the following day the staff gave me a get well soon card and complimentary cookies in our room, this was so nice of them The location is amazing with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is a short walk away The reception and housekeeping staff are so so nice and accommodating I highly recommend! Worst...worst ...very worst experience with Deevana plaza ,Phuket.

Worst hotel and staff..very terrible staff. If you have kid, don't even try this hotel.. No service staff, need to wait for long time for single request. Manager is no use, he is not even listening or discussing about your compliments... You have to carry your own luggage from hotel to Van. Least care of customer... Wrong choice and spoil my whole trip. The way staff talking with us, my wife literary scare to come out the room. Phuket is big city and having lot of business hotels in same rate...Try those hotels.
