The best service at this hotel , nothing is a problem . Hotel is well kept and clean . Lots of sun beds the only downside is they don’t walk around and take orders at the pool . The pool is lovely and big , rooms modern and clean , beds comfy but the pillows were to high and firm for us but they changed them with our a problem . Nice location 1 street back form beach and easy walking distance to Bangla road . Otop markets is next door and has plenty of food options and money exchange . You do get the noise from the bars at the Otop market at night you hear the thumping of music but that doesn’t bother us , we were on that side of the hotel room 414 , if you don’t like noise then I recommend requesting the other side away from the Otop . Breakfast was next level I’ve never seen such a selection of food .

Friendly staff and amazing location

We had a lovely stay here! The staff were so friendly, we were greeted with welcome drinks, our room was decorated beautifully because it is our honeymoon I was unwell one day and the following day the staff gave me a get well soon card and complimentary cookies in our room, this was so nice of them The location is amazing with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is a short walk away The reception and housekeeping staff are so so nice and accommodating I highly recommend! Worst...worst ...very worst experience with Deevana plaza ,Phuket.

Worst hotel and staff..very terrible staff. If you have kid, don't even try this hotel.. No service staff, need to wait for long time for single request. Manager is no use, he is not even listening or discussing about your compliments... You have to carry your own luggage from hotel to Van. Least care of customer... Wrong choice and spoil my whole trip. The way staff talking with us, my wife literary scare to come out the room. Phuket is big city and having lot of business hotels in same rate...Try those hotels.

We booked this hotel some 6 months in advance and really got a great price for early Jan peak season - around 150$ for 3 of us including breakfast. Over those 6 months I could not find better offer so we stayed here for 5 nights. Location is good - around 10 min walk to the beach and 15-20 to main tourist area (means it's pretty quiet at night). Rooms are with dated furniture and with lack of night tables - only one in the room so had to put my stuff (phone, glasses, meds,...) on the floor beside. Bathroom is also dated with malfunctioning shower cabin. All rooms face the inner courtyard pool and it is banned to smoke on terraces ??!! Cleaning is per request and not thorough. Pool is fair in size, however no service around it. Breakfast is amazing - the best we had on our 2 weeks entire Thailand tour changing 7 hotels. Excellent choice of European, Asian, Indian food - really plenty and good quality of everything. Reasonably, smoking is prohibited on hotel grounds. But, the designated smoking area is prison like. One standing ashtray by the parking lot with no chair or sofa to sit, you can only stand by it - really humiliating.
