The hotel is decent in appearance but our overall experience was disappointing. One major inconvenience was the strict no-smoking policy without a proper alternative. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including balconies, and there is no designated smoking area inside the hotel. Guests must walk all the way outside near the exit. At check-in, after a long journey, we were told we would receive a room upgrade if we left a review beforehand. We did so, but no upgrade was provided. We received the same room we had booked. The staff later vaguely mentioned a “pool view,” which was incorrect — our balcony faced a wall. Staff attitude was another issue. Requests were often met with visible irritation. The hotel was also not child-friendly. Taking even basic food (like a banana) from breakfast for a sleeping child was not allowed. Breakfast itself was repetitive and average, with very limited Indian options and no variety. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel with kids and family
