This hotel is not good for people without kids.

This hotel is not for people without kids. Great service and high quality, but the place was packed with kids. All places are very noisy and most activities are for kids. So, if you do not have kids and would like to be in a room lace where there are more activities for adults, I do not recommend it.

Great for a winter holiday

Hotel was large, with plenty to do even in winter. It had a heated outdoor pool and indoor one. Food was ok I preferred the a la carte. Coffee shop and pastries was nice, had board games to play for guests. Rooms was lovely big and modern with a great view. Guest relation team was very attentive. Reception staff was rude and most of them do not understand English. We had free room service which was great. Outside grounds and beach was very clean and pleasant on the eye.

Great holiday

Just arrived back from a weeks stay here, on arrival we were greeted with drinks and our luggage taken to our room. We had room 3202 in C block and it was lovely and spacious with a wonderful view overlooking the pools. We mainly used the pool that ramped in for the children. This pool was very busy! If you place towels on the sun loungers before 8.30 the staff remove them. On one occasion I had a woman shouting at me that I had taken her things and stolen her sunbeds, she told me she was there at 7am and was showing me photos of her towels! I do think this policy should be explained on check in to prevent any confrontation between guests as I saw it happening a lot! But apart from that the pools are all beautiful and the splash parks are a lot of fun! On to the food breakfast was ok always found something to eat, lunch was the best meal of the day, the snack wagons dotted around the hotel were amazing we particularly enjoyed the kebab station and the waffles and ice cream! The kids loved to go up and get churros also. However the evening meals in the main restaurant was not great, often felt like a cattle market as it was so busy and food more often cold. We managed to book into the Turkish and Mexican a la carte restaurants which were amazing the food and the service were incredible! But the booking system for this definitely needs attention! You have to go and Que up in a huge line at 8.30am to even be in with a chance of getting one if there is any left by the time you get to the front! The staff and cleaners do a fantastic job and they are all so friendly and always extremely attentive. The hotel itself is amazing the building, the decor, the grounds all simply beautiful! My favourite part was the beach bar, probably because it was one of the quieter parts of the hotel. Occasionally of an evening there would be singers or live music. We definitely preferred this over the main nighttime entertainment in the amphitheater as it was so busy! Kids really enjoyed the fun fair and the go karts. There is so much for children to do they will never get bored! Overall a great holiday, I would definitely return but not in the school holidays as it was so busy!

Once the check-in issues were resolved it was excellent.

The reception lady was nice but immediately tried to get us to upgrade. When we declined (we had already stretched the budget to come here) we were allocated room 4703 Lovely room but the view of the roof and the noise of the hotel aircon units outside our room was terrible. Also there was this constant crashing of bottles from the bars, and we were only in the room for 20 minutes. I went down to reception and we were told they could move us but it would be an upgrade at £120. We are convinced that they put us in this room to make us upgrade. I made a complaint and the hotel manager was fantastic. He moved us to a lovely room overlooking the pool. The food was amazing and the facilities spotlessly clean. We knew it was the end of the season and things were shutting so it was quiet and a lot of activities were missing. But we enjoyed our stay never the less and may well come back next year.

Perfect family holiday.

The service and staff are at the highest quality, and so much for the kids to do. The variety of food both around the resort and in restaurants is amazing and of the highest quality. It is very safe and we can't wait to return for a 3rd time next year.
