Delphin Be Grand Resort Hotel has vast territory, even though compared to Delphin Imperial, some amenities need improvement. Places for sitting outside, whether having a meal or a drink, are mostly with roofs made of thin material, like natural cane or canvas, felt like you are in a stove, not pleasant at all. And with steady roofs with fans, and only on some places with parts with perforated canvas or similar, it would be far more pleasant-as it is renovated at Delphin Imperial. Overall it feels similar to Delphin Imperial, but with big territory as advantage. Now staff attentiveness at Be Grand is similar to Imperial, but somehow little bit lower, but overall on good level. This is really improved with waitresses and waiters who are very pleasant at Be Grand too. I have to mention the girl who works there with name Şadiye, whose warmth and kindness felt great, and publicly to thank her for making great time for us three, me and my mother and father. Meals, rooms, sea, bars,... were simply great. 10 out of 10 too.

This resort was bigged up by social media. Please do not follow the instagram as it does not have half of what it shows. There were simple things that could improve this hotel. Overall was fairly clean and family friendly. They do not speak english here so it is hard to communicate what you want The food is very very average and the a la cartes are basic- no choice , starters are sat out from 7pm even if you arrive at 8pm. The turkish restaurant is decent but you cannot eat your food in peace with the amount of cats and the waiters dont help in removing them. The kids club is the most basic kids club , most of the ladies in there are not warm and welcoming however Amanda and Demi were very lovely. It also closes at 5pm! Other kids clubs in Turkey are open till 10/11 meaning if its hot outside and kids are not in mood for the show then you are stuck. Hotel bathroom was never stocked up- from toilet rolls to body cream. If you used it then that was it- and the room cleaning was so bad that we had to ask for it to be redone, not from mess from us but dust in general. They also follow you around begging you to have treatments all day - and anything you do want is charged with cash , including some kids club activities so you find yourself looking for cash points all day. I think the resort has potential to be better but they really do need to sort few things out. Berk at guest relations was very helpful in booking restaurants as was hard to get bookings and the main restaurant took 20 mins just to find a seat for breakfast or dinner. In our experience was very average hotel.

We have never stayed at a hotel as amazing as this one! We’re a family of 5 and stayed in a family room which was great because we all had our own space, even the bathroom is well thought of with separate shower & toilet cubicle. Everything is spotless, fridges are constantly re stocked - they were never even close to empty. The snack choices were out of this world and all great quality as well as the buffet restaurant. So many different pools to choose from - the pier, beach, water park and very easy to get sunbeds everyday as long as you go down in the morning. Biggest praise goes to the skate team - so friendly, polite and worked tirelessly all day to check in with us. We never once had to get up for a drink! There were lots of extras on too - candy land, Oktoberfest, and inflatables for the kids all on different days - they were all amazing and such a happy bonus. Make sure you have a good walk around the resort in the evening as so many different entertainment spots - we stayed in the lobby for first few nights as didn’t realise there was so much on. Would love to come back, thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

5 star hotel for families

Fantastic family hotel. We found everything almost perfect. Great staff and hospitality at this hotel. Very clean hotel from the moment we first walked in the smell was amazing. In this hotel there is everything, from waterparks for adults and a separate waterpark for kids. Non stop food and the enthusiastic young roller skater team made sure drinks were always at your disposal. If you miss them whilst you’re swimming in the many pools at this resort, there is a separate team that ride a bicycle around with a cooler full of super cold drinks. A lot of food choices at the main restaurant (buffet) but if you get bored and want to try something different there are 8-10 a la carte restaurants. My only downside about the hotel is the booking for the a la carte. You have to queue every morning before 9am at the machines and only for the next day. Come on delphin make your hotel 100% and come up with a more user friendly or efficient way for people to book their a la carte. We met a wonderful person there. His name was ISO (a photographer) he made a wonderful photoshoot for us with sunsets by the beach and other places in the resort. My 2 year old never keeps still during photoshoots but his way of taking photos and interaction with the kids making them feel comfortable was second to none. (She actually kept still) A memory one will always cherish. An extremely professional photographer. Please go and find him at the photoplace just beside the adults pool, It is something you wont regret. Your friends from Cebelitarık. We will miss you and thank you!!!
