Imperial the best hotel

Delighted with this wonderful hotel. Clean and sunny rooms, the beach is well maintained and clean even in the winter season, the restaurants have lots of tasty food. The staff is attentive and nice. Thanks to the customer relations Violeta Venera Gorkem and Ali. We will be back with great pleasure

Blew our minds!!!!

My husband and daughter went to this hotel in July. It was an exceptional year in that it was HOT!!! Mid - late 40;s which unfortunately could be slightly difficult with a young child because all they want to do is be outside but it got quite challenging at times especially as certain areas of the hotel did not have air-con (the childrens arcade / cinema area was stifling) and the man area of the main restaurant did not which could often make eating hard as it made everyone lethargic and not want to eat. HOWEVER everything was absolutely fantastic and will try and be detailed but helpful Main point for most MEN lol FOOD: I don't think i have ever been to a Country / hotel where there was SO much on offer that it actually made it hard to decide what to eat. There were many options within the main hotel for food should you want to eat indoors with so many offerings but outside on the strip between the pools on the lead up to the beach there were these tiny food huts (pancake house, kebab house, Gozleme was a FAVOURITE!! We tipped these women making homemade gozleme because they were every bit amazing!! toasted sandwiches, fruit and waffles, these curly fries skewers with piri piri salt were amazing. The list is endless. You could not want for anything food wise!! There was a cute icecream hut with different fruit and veg shots in a fridge which was updated and replenished several times a day. 10/10 for food. The hotel itself and all grounds were incredibly clean. I have not seen anything like this apart from in Dubai. Even pool area toilets etc were all clean. Staff were always on top form. Smiles and very helpful at all times with everything you needed accommodating. The pool staff had roller skates to get to you quicker and always asked if you wanted drinks topped up. The week we went was in the late 40's. Very random hot weather but we got the pool side lounge huts a couple of times throughout and they were spectacular. They had a mini fridge which was equipped with drinks, ice, a fruit platter that came out when you wanted it and also endless champagne! Which was a touch. My daughter loved these huts (at a price!!) because you had your own little private area with access to the pools and she loved it. Really made the holiday. These were bookable in the main lobby. The pool choices were also incredible but there was what we called a MAIN adults pool in the centre. This got very over crowded and had the day time activities and performances in there which is great for some but we preferred the pool to the right side of this as it was still lovely but quieter for the little ones. There was also the other side which had a fabulous childrens slide and splash park which actually was fun for us also! Plenty of beds also around each area so you really didn't every go without finding a seat! There was a strict no towels down policy so it was easy to find a bed and the staff made it fair for all. Loved this as some people can really be selfish. Private beach strip which was lovely to walk on. We did some of the water activities (driving literally driving a car on water) This was FUN. Guest relations gave us so many freebies which was also a nice touch. A free cap, phone bag, beach bags, water bottle, t-shirts. And very generous. All in all we would absolutely go back because there was so much to do and nothing let us down. Also if you wanted to go out of the evening and have a little walk - it was right opposite a very long strip of shops etc and it was lovely to go and have a walk of a night time. We hired a little bike for about £20 for 2 hours. We had a family superior sea view room and it was every bit special. So spacious and modern. Bathroom was perfect. It was just a beautiful room with most things you needed. The decor overall throughout the hotel especially the lobby was outstanding. Modern and funky. In the main lobby they had a section where there were some books and chessboards to play at night time or cards.

Great for the whole family - October half term R&R!

First class all round (mostly)! We stayed at the Delphin Imperial for a week, during the October half term holidays, travelling as a family group of nine (two children & seven adults) - with an age range from 6 to 73 years of age! It was a lovely resort and fantastically well equipped to cater for everyone, and for everything that we could want. The resort was impeccably clean and our room was spotless - being cleaned and with all towels replaced every day! The mini fridge / mini bar in the room was restocked every day - this included both replenishing drinks and snacks! The range of food and drinks available throughout our stay was top notch - all branded alcoholic drinks available as well as local ones! Lots of choice in the main buffet restaurant and it was nice that it wasn’t too crowded, especially in the evenings! We always managed to get a great table and sit all together, as a family group of nine, for all mealtimes! It was a shame that the only outside seating space was predominantly occupied by the smokers, this meant that we never got to sit outside for dinner in the evening as the smoke was very unpleasant! The staff were friendly and the drinks service around the pool was really good - with the wait staff whizzing about on roller skates, meaning you never waited long for your order! It was a really pleasant surprise that some of the swimming pools were heated, as you don’t always get this in Turkey, especially not late in the season! The relax pool was particularly warm (like a bath temperature) although in the peak summer season I understand this is an adults only area - they did not enforce this in October, so great for the kids too! When swimming in the cold pools it’s a good idea to consider wetsuits for children, even if just short ones, as that definitely helped our children stay in the water longer without getting too cold. The sea temperature at this time of year was really pleasant. In the evenings we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge areas near to the chocolate bar. Again you receive a first class drinks service there, and the chocolate and other treats being served were fantastic (like ‘Hotel Chocolate’ standard)! All in all this was a great holiday and, if you book to stay at this resort, you won’t be disappointed. It offers all inclusive plus the extra touches that made it really special. It’s also located on a fantastic stretch of private beach (just for resort guests) with great views of the mountain scenery! It was still warm at this time in the year - a very pleasant 25-28 degrees every day, which makes a nice change from the UK weather in October!
