Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort

Another fantastic week at Desire Pearl. So romantic and fun. The food was great (even enjoyed a beautifully prepared room service dinner one night). There is nothing like Mexican hospitality. Special appreciation for Bruno who made our check in process friendly, fun, and fast (we were in our room before we knew it) and the exceptional Gisella who found a great room for us just to our specifications--above the ground floor, quiet, and with a great view! Already planning another trip.

My wife and I enjoyed 7 days in paradise. It was our first time at Desire Pearl, and we had an amazing time. Upon arrival we met a terrific team at Pearl. The staff is simply amazing and will look after your every need. From the wait staff to the bartenders to the Playmakers they were all amazing! Special shout out to Manuela and Carmen who served us breakfast in the morning. Manuela is just a bundle of energy. Many thanks to Miguel at the pool. Elodia and Rebecca in the Spa were just sensational (definitely do the erotic massage). Eddie the bartender and too many others to name but thank you to all! Playmakers and Entertainment: Candice, Kia, Alejandra, Felix, Raider (baby baby!), and Eduardo are all simply amazing and energetic. They make the time by the pool fly by and join in in the evening entertainment. All the Playmakers are extremely fit and very easy on the eyes. Pool games varied but there were a few sexy games throughout the week. The evening entertainment was very good, and we enjoyed each night at the disco. What a wonderful sexy environment to spend with you partner! The resort is my mind the perfect size with nice rooms and decent food. A great place to experience new adventures together with your wife, lover and partner and reenergize your love life. Experience the fantasy menu to enhance your trip. Take it one day at a time and let the fun come to you. We would definitely go back.

This trip was so relaxing, we canceled other things just to unwind and laze about. When we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to our room It was a terrific space, but we didn't need that much room, so asked if we could go back to a Jr. Suite. The rather surprised staff accommodated us. (I know - who does that?) We hope another couple got a surprise upgrade to the Master Suite, and enjoyed every inch of the space. We certainly enjoyed our Jr. and appreciated the staff's willingness to make an adjustment. The staff is terrific and ALWAYS helpful, kind, and honest. We've tried to single out one or two, but truly, all are superb. I don't know how they do it, but if you have a question someone will find you among all of the guests in the pool, bar or beach. The food was unexceptional and a bit bland, but not awful. We will be headed back!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Pearl from May 13 to 19, and it was, without a doubt, the most romantic, exciting, and unforgettable vacation we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service and warm hospitality. Despite a few initial jitters about trying something new, we quickly felt at ease, thanks to the incredible staff. The front desk team, housekeeping, our butler, room service, pool attendants, restaurant staff, spa professionals, and, of course, the extraordinary Play Makers ensured that every moment of our anniversary week was magical. We want to extend a special shout-out to: Amir, our amazing butler, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every day. José, who kept our room pristine and surprised us daily with beautiful towel creations. The room service crew, who delivered my morning coffee and plate of bacon without fail—thank you! The entire pool attendant team—Victor, Antonio & Miguel, who always had our chairs ready and waiting for us. Gabi and Yolanda, for their fantastic pool bar service that kept us refreshed each day. The Playmakers—Pinya, Candice, Eduardo & Kia, whose energy was absolutely phenomenal, making pool time fun and super sexy! Selina and Fernando, our exotic masseuses—OMG, AMAZING! If you visit Pearl, this is an absolute must. Claudia & Wilbert at Aphrodite, whose incredible service made every morning breakfast special. We know there are so many others who contributed to making our stay unforgettable, and if we missed anyone, we sincerely apologize. Every single person at Pearl helped create a week we’ll never forget. Every detail—from the delicious cuisine to the serene pool and hot tub, and the vibrant entertainment—exceeded our expectations. This getaway was beyond anything we could have imagined, and we’re already looking forward to returning for another amazing experience. Thank you to everyone at Pearl for making our milestone celebration truly special!
