This is like my second home. We were here for the 4th time and everything was perfect like always. Excellent food, helpful and pleasant stuff, great program. The biggest thank you belongs to the night manager Ilkan who took care about our vacation, about birthday surprise and especially the greatest experience - the best room in the hotel. We will never forget. 🤍

Amazing family holiday

I had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hill Resort and I can honestly say this hotel truly deserves its five stars. Location and surroundings The hotel is located in a modern, urban and very clean area of Alanya. Even though it is not right in the city center, the atmosphere feels welcoming and extremely safe, which makes you feel relaxed throughout your stay. The beach is very close and easily accessible thanks to a walkway that connects the hotel to the seaside. Reception Sena (receptionist) was our first contact in the hotel reception. The kindness and the vibe she had made us feel like we are you going to have the best vacay this summer. The first contact in any hotel is a focus point and can change the whole experience. For us, Sena was one of the nicest staff persons we ever met in a turkish vacation. Beach The beach is a real highlight. The water is crystal clear, warm and very pleasant for swimming. Since the seabed is rocky, the water never gets cloudy, which makes it perfect for snorkeling or just enjoying the view. I recommend bringing water shoes, especially if you are sensitive, as the stones can be uncomfortable when walking or standing in the water. The beach also has a bar that serves drinks and snacks according to schedule, which adds extra comfort. Rooms and cleanliness The rooms are modern, stylish and feel brand new, exactly what you expect from a five-star hotel. Cleanliness is impeccable not only in the rooms but also throughout the entire hotel. Service and staff The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always ready to help. You can really feel how much they care about the guests and their experience. Facilities and entertainment The hotel offers daily activities with an animator, Turkish dance shows and other entertaining performances. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the city. Food and drinks The food is varied and delicious. Besides the daily buffet, there are themed evenings such as sushi night, seafood night or exotic fruit night. Drinks are also diverse and include well-known international brands, which is a big plus. Recommendations If possible, I strongly recommend booking a room with a sea view or at least a side sea view because the scenery is breathtaking. Conclusion Diamond Hill Resort is a modern, elegant and well-maintained hotel where you feel safe and truly taken care of. The beach, rooms, cleanliness, staff and food variety make this resort an excellent choice for a vacation in Alanya. It is definitely a place worth coming back to.
